Froggys is a great company to work with in spite of their name! We had them treat a hornet nest in the ground that proved challenging, it took three trips by Froggys to wipe out the nest but they were fully successful and very responsive when we told them we still had problems after the first two trips. The nest was seven layers deep and had to be dug up to be eradicated. I'll definitely use them again.

Used for the past 3 years. The scheduling was annoying. I could barely hear her (call quality) and she was trying to get me to pay for more services than I wanted. The previous 2 years of pest service have not been as thorough as the first year of service. I think maybe the first tech I had went above and beyond. He sprayed the hell out of my place (had to open windows because of the intense smell), put sticky traps down in multiple locations inside the house and garage, and put a mouse trap in the garage.
The past 2 years the techs have only sprayed, but not behind furniture. I don't see any insects for a year after they spray, so they know what they are doing. Overall I recommend, but please fix the unprofessional scheduling portion.
