They were super responsive and communicated great! I work in a service business but am also a consumer so having great communication is key! Can't remember the techs name but he kept me informed about service and "what to expect" with the service. A+ service. Glad we have them for recurring pest and rodent services! UPS is awesome! They text when they are on their way, and the team members are always super friendly. My only gripe is the lack of ability to pay invoices online. You have to leave a card on file with them or write a check like it's still 1995. Otherwise, I highly recommend! Services: Spider extermination, Rodent extermination

We have used United Pest for over 10 years. They have great communication before and after inspections. On-site technicians are efficient, professional and most of all, friendly. If there is ever a problem (real or perceived) they are quick to offer a solution or suggestions. Highly recommend this company. Great integrity. I called and explained my situation and they asked me to email them some pictures. From the pictures they identified what I was dealing with and told me how I could take care of it myself. No charge. Other companies that I had contacted wanted to charge $$$ to come out and inspect the house. One insisted that I sign up for a quarterly treatment plan. But not United Pest Solutions. They did not waste my time or money, and I really respect that.

I’ve been using united Pest Solutions for a number of years and I’ve been very happy with their work. They’ve dealt with ants, mice and flying termites professionally and efficiently. The service techs who have come out have always been very professional and friendly and don’t give up until the problem is solved. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted United because I have a major ant problem. Hundreds of ants in most rooms in my home. United quickly contacted me after I requested more information. They were able to send someone the next day and Cory was right on time. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The price for every-other-month treatment is very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

We have been using United Pest Solutions for approximately 1 year. They do a great job. They always call before our treatment to see if we have specific concerns. When we first moved in we had a lot of issues with spiders and they came out several times to treat. I would recommend this company. I cannot recommend United Pest Solutions enough! We have been dealing with sugar ants the past few spring/summers. They have always been relegated to one corner and I have been able to keep them under control with liquid bate and keeping up on spraying away their trails, but it has been a bandaid. Well this spring we went on vacation and when we came back. YIKES!
There were little trails of ants going along the baseboards in all directions, so gross. I gave a couple companies a call, but United said they could come the day of. I talked to Deana, who was so helpful and kind on the phone. Anyways, I was expecting them to let me know that the ants would dissipate over a couple days, but they were ALL gone the same day.
They quickly found the nest that was hiding under our back patio near the door jam, and voila! It so nice to know I won't be dealing with them for the next few months. They even let me know toxicity levels (as I have kids) and made me feel totally at ease with what they used. We were back in our home within an hour. Highly recommend!
