No single type of treatment is appropriate in every situation, but our general approach to pest control is "kill it now." If you have invading pests like ants, oriental roaches, spiders, crickets, wasps, or millipedes, we prefer to kill what you've got, and then treat the outside to kill future invaders outside, rather than wait until they get inside.
The word in the seminars is that these bugs are hard to kill, take a long time to get control, and you can never be sure you got them all. We take a different approach to killing them, and, having tweaked our system of treatment, usually get elimination on the first visit now. If your bug guy is having difficulty killing them, call us.
Wasps and hornets get priority treatment. You don't want to get stung; we like killing them. Honey bees are different. We prefer not killing them unless a bee keeper has declined to take them, since there is a shortage of this beneficial insect. Here is a series of shots of a hornet nest and a honey bee hive.

Christian has treated our house a couple of times and has always been very helpful and professional! Each treatment was effective at eliminating our pest problems. I highly recommend Swat Team for any of your in home and out home needs. They're very professional on time and very prompt with everything. They educated us on everything outside of the home as well as in sign in regards to their treatments and what to expect. Since they have been out we have not had any issues with bees wasps Hornets Etc we have had a very difficult issue around our home with them and for once I can say in years we are now able to enjoy our outside time. If you have any issues I would highly recommend calling these guys they're a great group to work with.

We have used Seat Team Pest Control for both an ant and wasp issue. Both incidents were handled by Chris. He is very professional and knowledgeable. It only took one trip out to our house on both issues to handle it. One of my favorite things is having Chris's personal Cell number to be able to reach out and schedule an appointment. Any questions I have he is able to answer from a quick text. If he needs to come out, he puts us on his schedule at our convenience. Highly recommend Chris and the rest of the Swat Team.

I have used this company the last two or three years now. I first had my home treated for regular insects. This year we are remodeling and found what appeared to be termites. I immediately called Chris. He told me to text him a picture of what I found and they were termites. I scheduled an appointment and he came out to treat them right away. Its a small company. They are very personable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service! Christian was really confident, understanding and just a pleasure to work with. We used them for a triplex building and for a single family home. In both cases Christian was fabulous and really accommodating in each instance, which is really helpful when coordinating with multiple tenants. We will use SWAT team always going forward.

I called for a rodent problem at one of my rental properties and they went out to service the house the next day. My tenant states that she has not seen any rodents since having the house treated and I am very pleased. They conduct business very professionally and are very pleasant. Punctual, kind and fair. When we built our new deck which is right above ground level, they made a special trip out and thoroughly treated the now covered area, to protect the wood from termites. Giant European Hornets. oh my! These 747 of flying bugs decided my tree was a great place to set up house keeping. I was sitting on my patio one evening and noticed all these flying insects hovering up in my tree. I walked over to get a better look, not closer, just better. There was a hole in the tree looking like an airport for these things, flying in and out building a home, first thought wasps - run!
I instantly started a search for wasp experts or a company (hopefully local) that took on wasps, bees, etc. There aren't a lot around until I noticed the Swat Team Pest Control of Louisville. Besides loving the name, I called and spoke to owner Charlie, told him what was going on and he said he would be out that morning, this was a priority type situation. Charlie arrived, assessed the situation and sent team member, Chris, to handle the extermination.
By that evening, there were none to be seen. I was told that they should be gone by the next day (Tues.) if I saw any on Wednesday to call them and they would be right out. They stand by their extermination skills. The folks I dealt with were friendly and professional. What I liked most was that they came out the same day I called. Price for removal was reasonable, didn't try to up-sell products, contracts, etc. They came, they saw, they destroyed. If you have any type of creepy crawling problems on the ground or in the air give Charlie a call.

The Swat team member mark was fantastic and very through with his home inspection and the proceeded to treat the house with what was needed. Now after just a few days after the treatment I already notice a significant improvement. Thank you Swat for the great and speedy service. Not only did we treat for bugs but the house is now protected from termites for 25 years and it is a house that Is 99' long so the price was fantastic

Charlie was the best! I had some Wasp nests in my attic that my current pest control company could not locate or rid my house of. After having more Wasps show up in my house I happened upon this firm via the internet.
Charlie came out as scheduled, found the nests and eliminated the problem. He even came back out to retreat when I noticed some additional wasps flying around the rafters. My family is happy and oh by the way, they are extremely reasonable!

Charlie, owner and working technician, was our tech. Our problem is not the usual that you'll see listed on a pest control company's pest removal chart. He not only eradicated the problem he showed me how to recognize a bug or something else with his portable microscope. He also armed me with more information than could be written in this post. He is the most ethical and caring pest control person you'll find. The Swat Team's technicians are assuredly trained the latest techniques in their field.
