I retained this firm to get rid of bats in our roof. Taking their own sweet time about it and insisting on payment in advance, they finally came out and did, as far as I could tell, what they were supposed to. I won't know if what they did will work: The bats are now presumably hibernating elsewhere. I do know that they broke about eight tiles on the roof, and in spite of promises to come back and replace them, and repeated telephone calls on my part, they haven't.
