First time he came to treat my place was fine. I need follow up treatments and have called many times, and left 3 polite messages. No call back at all. Starting over with another company means paying additional money since I can't just pay follow up price with them. Watch out. He might only do an initial treatment and if you need follow ups won't come or even call back.

For years we used Terminix or Orkin to care for our home. However, the best decision we ever made was giving Gateway Pest Control an opportunity to earn our business. After years of being the client of a franchise we were so pleased to work with a family owned business that is truly concerned with providing the best service possible. We noticed they were ranked number one in their area and after they dealt with our issues we know why.
The evening and weekend hours they offer are fantasic. It meant allot not to miss work, but the fact they arrived right on time was also a great treat. Other companies would give us a 4 hour window, not Gateway Pest they said 6 pm and actally arrived a few minutes early. Great company, better employees. You can't go wrong!!!
