I like how Eric explains what he's putting down for bugs and ants in the house. Eric answers my questions concerning silverfish and baby roaches. I dislike have bugs but living in a condo it's hard to not have a bugs. Also, the cost is not too bad for the services. I trust Eric doing what he needs to do when I cannot be there. Thank you for helping my place to be bug free.

The first thing that I loved about Nader's is that a live person answered the phone. The answered all my questions and was able to set up appointment to my schedule. So it was a great experience in my book.

I have a quarterly pest control treatment plan and a termite bond with Naders Pest Raiders. I recently bought my house about a year ago an shopped around for pest control and thier prices were the best I found which initially drew me to them and I'm glad it happened. Eric is the technician who services my property and he is great! Very good personable guy who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied and most importantly bug free.

He will also answer any questions and can tell he knows his job well when he does. He always communicates when he will be here and is here when he says he will be everytime. Another thing I really appreciate is that he will come back at no cost if there are any issues after the service and take care of whatever is needed no problem. The office ladies are also awesome and always a pleasure to work with.

They too are very knowledgeable about pest control and will answer any questions, truly sounding like they enjoy what they are doing. Overall, I am very happy with Naders and plan on using thier services for a long time. They have been a top notch company to work with which seems hard to find these days. Very knowledgeable, friendly, calls prior to visit . But the best thing about your service is that in the past 3 years of being a customer formally from Chicago, we have never had to call. Hardly ever see bugs , sometimes weeds, but you have prompted return service and take care of any problems.

I am very impressed with this company and the service they provide. The tech, Eric, is very knowledgeable and polite. The ladies in the office are also sweet and provide great customer service. I explained to Kim my concerns and that my previous experience with communication at a different company wasn't very good. She even followed up with a phone call to make sure they met my expectations.

I am seeing improvements with the lack of pests since the treatment and I am extremely happy with everything at my residence. We use this company at work as well and Chris is just as amazing. He's with an entirely different office but it's the same quality experience. I highly recommend them.

Customer service is outstanding. Fee is very reasonable, the product that they use is safe for our 4 legged family members. If you see a roach after they have come out you can let them know and they will come back out and spray again at no cost to me. Bill Yeomans at Naders Pest Raiders is great! He came out to the house and talked to us about all our Pest control and Lawn care needs. He was not pushy nor did he try to scare us into getting the service. He explained everything thoroughly including the costs and what he recommended for our property. The office staff is great as well. The customer service is amazing. I love how detailed everybody is regarding service and payments. No surprises. This company is outstanding. I had an ant problem in my kitchen for a long time. Mandy, one of the techs, found the source. The last company I had were never able to find the true source. Mandy is just incredible. She's knowledgeable. She also followed up with me twice after the service! I also had the pleasure of dealing with one of the sales reps, Gary. He made sure everything went perfect for me. I love this company. Mandy and Gary are like family.

We have been with Naders for years and the customer service is excellent. They go out of their way to make sure all issues are taken care of before they leave. If I have an issue arise between visits they come back and address it as needed. They are great.
