Showed up with no appointment. Told me he was spraying inside but only put a strong smelling chemical in all of my plants including my lemon tree. Meanwhile, I was forced to smell this horrific odor while using my CPAP as he also put this chemical in my sinks and drains. This fool asked what we noticed and only took care of the gnats. No spider check, hornet check, ants etc like Evergreen did as regular protocol.

We are a chemical free home. Evergreen always sprayed in and out but he told me they used chemicals as well. Whatever Evergreen used it ever irritated our sinus as what Environ used. I cancelled, 3 days latter they charged me for 3 months and are refusing a refund.

Be careful of this company. We do NOT have a contract with them but yet they were on my property in my backyard dropping powder down my window wells while I have kids and a large dog here. It was a simple mistake and they were supposed to be servicing the house across the street from me. They are lucky my LARGE dog was not in my backyard at the time. I called the company and they are now aware.

Don't even bother with this company. After contacting them because of difficulties getting them to even show up. I first confirmed that my complex was an account of there's which I already knew. They said yes and then after being put on hold they attempted to tell me we are in fact not an account if there's. Contrary to the actual evidence they have left on my counter claiming they had serviced my apartment whenever they actually showed up.

They have absolutely no ability to help with pest control save for what you could do yourself and contacting them is somehow even less useful. Not to mention the woman I spoke with knew three phrases in English and all she could do was repeat the same thing over again and apparently lie. You will see no results with this service.

We are very happy with the service from this company. We are on a quarterly service and when I spotted mice over the weekend, I emailed the company to let them know. I got a call on Monday, and one of our regular technicians came on Tuesday to set traps and bait. Very thorough, friendly, and responsive. I was very happy to not have to deal with the bugs over the summer as well!

If Taylor, our technician, is any indication of the quality of Evergreen Pest Solutions as a service then I feel very reassured that our first service and inspection will be phenomenal. Taylor was thoughtful, professional, thorough and really took the time to educate us about Evergreen, it's products and service, and just general, well informed knowledge about what he noticed in terms of the creatures that have started to take up residence in our home.

You rarely encounter a professional who takes such pride in their work and is such a good emissary of their company. Thanks Taylor! Looking forward to seeing you again in three months.

These folks are the best! They are a great value because not only are they less expensive than their competitors, they are willing to go above and beyond to get the problem taken care of. We have mice. Oh so many mice. And they are coming out every couple weeks to manage the bait traps. Plus, everyone here is friendly, professional and go out of their way to help. Great company. Highly recommend.

Gabriel was very respectful and patient and called me upon arrival after seeing the sign on my door saying baby is sleeping! He was thorough and explained everything but also quick and efficient. He double checked a couple times to ask if there was anything else that needed to be done or that we wanted! We had a positive experience with this technician!

They are truly the best. Every time I speak with anyone or they come to the house they are kind, responsive, professional and extremely helpful. Always available for questions and come out any time you need. I have loved every technician that comes to the house, but Gabriel was our most recent service provider and he was great! I have nothing but positive things to say about Evergreen Pest Solutions. First, they were on time and sent numerous appointment reminders to ensure the time still works great for my schedule, which is a huge plus to find such a reliable company. Then Taylor showed up was knowledgeable, kind, GREAT with my dogs, and reassured me the products were very safe! I am confident he is going to solve our pest problems and am a VERY happy customer!

Cam was very nice and very knowledgeable! Broke down specific chemicals that are going to be used around my home, very comfortable prices and availability that work around me! I wanted to schedule that same day and no more than an hour, a technician was at my door! Taylor was very nice as well! Inspected my home and got right to work! Inspection and cleaning were all done within 30 minutes to an hour! I am overall very please with their communication, knowledge and work ethic! Highly recommend!

I had my first service this morning with Taylor as my service technician. He was very thorough both before and after the treatment explaining everything he was going to do, what he found when he was complete, and what to expect in the coming days in terms of activity. Highly impressed with the pricing, customer service, and quick scheduling. 10/10 recommend!

The customer service center is 1 of the worst. I've had a good experience up until recently. They are very expensive and do an ok job. We have been paying $35/month & continue to have a problem. Paid another company much less to help with getting wasps taken care of.

It really pays to have these folks come out twice a year. Two years ago they cleaned out yellowjackets and we were good the rest of the year. We didn't go with them last year (or with anyone) and regretted trying to do it ourselves. We signed up for two visits a year, which is cheaper, actually. Matthew came out this week and went right to it, didn't find much in the way of yellowjackets, but took care around the entire foundation of the house and inside the garage.

These folks are responsive, on time (or better), efficient, professional (they know their stuff- they don't do anything that keeps bees from pollenating) and friendly. Highly recommend, ask for Matthew if you are in Ft C.

These guys were phenomenal. When I called, the person at their office gave me the run-down on their pricing so I could get the best deal, and I signed up. The guy who came to our new house, Victor, was like a superhero. He immediately found the entry point in our basement where the mice were getting in, did some minor demolition to access it, and sealed it with steel-wool and epoxy.

Then he set traps inside and outside. We also had wasps under our deck, which was inaccessible because it was built right down to the ground on the edges. He unscrewed a bunch of boards and then slid under our deck (maybe 2-feet off the ground) in his jeans and T-shirt, spraying down wasp nests as he went. Then he powder-bombed the underside of the deck to prevent them from returning.

A week or so later he returned to check on the traps. Not a single mouse got into our house this winter. I ended up ripping up the deck based on Victor's statements that unless we were going to use a ton of crazy chemicals every year, the wasps would probably be back and we would have to pull up boards each season. So basically, Victor was so good he put himself out of a job.

We have no more issues with mice or wasps, and they were both TERRIBLE when we first moved in. I don't remember the price exactly, but I think it was less than $200. I have nothing but good things to say about this company!

My wife contracted with Enviropest and they did our service. They did a good job at first. She requested they do the outside service on Thursdays as she would be home. Twice they claimed they did the service on other days and billed us. They were paid but we still have mosquito issues. They are happy to disregard us now that they are paid.

Very impressed with the great customer service from the beginning. The technician who came over was very informative and took care of everything quickly. A very good experience.

Enviropest is tops in our book! They are friendly, courteous and a pleasure to work with. We had mice in our new home and they quickly helped us take care of them not only inside the house but also helped in making sure they couldn't get in again. We won't hesitate to call them again if needed.

EnviroPest is excellent. When you schedule an appointment with them, they call to confirm before the day arrives. The technicians who come out are prompt and on time. They run a totally professional organization.

When they come in they are excellent about asking us what our current needs are and if we have any specific needs. The technician does a thorough investigation around the grounds. He inspects inside and out, and he takes care of any issues that he notices. He is also very sensible about the fact we run a daycare center, so there are areas that have special restrictions as far as which chemicals can and cannot be used. And, everything is always wonderful. Whatever the issue, they have taken care of it immediately.
