We have been customers of Jones Pest Control for approximately 11 years from when our residence was constructed. To be clear, we have no issues with the quarterly treatment we have been getting from the technician, Dean. The treatments are very effective and insects in and around the house are not a problem. The issue we have is with the scheduling. Today, January 7, 2022, an appointment had been made for 12 noon to have the 10-year termite treatment done.
At 12:15 PM I called the office to ask if they were still coming only to be told that the appointment was moved to 2 PM. The lady I spoke with said it had been moved so they could fit in another customer. My appointment was confirmed for 12 noon but no one took the time to inform me of the time change. I made it clear that I did not appreciate this and that I had been home waiting when I could have taken care of some other errand I needed to do. This is not the first time we have had a scheduling issue with Jones Pest Control. They need to do a much better job communicating and keeping the customer informed.

Had my fence extended and repaired. I tried my best to be understanding and lenient. overlooked things like the workers sitting in my new lawn furniture and constantly leaving trash in my yard after every workday, all in hopes of my fence being perfect. it's far from perfect, every where I look there's an opening under my fence, even after constantly contacting the business, they accepted no real responsibility and simply tried to cover up the careless and sloppy work by packing dirt in front of the openings, that have been washed away from the rain.
I now have to address this problem myself. There are stumps left in my yard that I paid to have at least cut down to the ground and I'm overall dissatisfied with the service I paid for. I wouldn't be able to recommend these services to anyone. Idk if there are different teams to address different jobs and my fence just wasn't important enough, but I was told by one of the higher ups that he didn't want to "put his name" on extending my fence, in a superstructure area of my yard, because it would look terrible. all for his "team" to do a terrible job. they are not bad people, they just obviously don't care about perfection.

Jones Pest Control is always on time for my quarterly services. There technicians are always polite and courteous, and they always get the job done. When I first moved to Jacksonville, it was such a struggle trying to get rid of the ants and everything else that comes with living in the South, but now I never have to worry!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Jones, their technicians have always been respectful of my home and have always been kind. (Taking shoes off when they didn't have to) it's the little experiences that make you want to continue with a company and Jones has my business. With a relatively cheap service and free call backs, I'm very happy to have them.

Excellent company! They did in 2 months what Terminex couldn't (or wouldn't) do in almost a year! Cheaper than Terminex too! Owner came out personally the first time to inspect and draw up a plan, and they have stuck with it! Dean is always wonderful, and friendly as well! I will be using them for ALL my exterminating needs!

If I could do a half star I would. I booked to get my outside sprayed in May and they didn't show up or call me to tell me they weren't. Called and rescheduled for June 15th. No show again. Called today and they apologized and said the rain would've made it not take. I said that's fine but someone should've called. Try to reschedule and the woman says it will have to be when the rain stops.
She tells me the 1st week of July. I work outside and I check the weather all the time. Next week would be fine. Told them never mind and I'll go elsewhere. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend to anyone.

Had a clerical issue with them 3 years ago when I purchased my home. They came to my house uninvited, with no call, or even with us knowing that we had an appointment. They then tried to bill us, and their office staff wasn't very nice. Today, we decided to give them another try. The office never answered the phone (called back to back for a total of 5 times), and when the phone went to messenger you will get the message that they never set it up.
These are the easy things to handle when running a business, if they can't even do these properly. People should go elsewhere. *Update* Just got a call back since posting this. In 2015, a contract was made. From the prior owners of my home, I never signed it. So anyone who understands business and law would know that it was null and void with the new ownership. We went with May's Extermination for our issue this time.

Would not recommend at all. Was misguided into a one year contract that did not treat my issue at hand. Owner was contacted to attempt to resolve issue and all we were met with were lies. Will not seek future business with this company. *Update* I would like to clarify that I was duped into a yearly general pest contract by one technician under the guise of "saving me money".
When a second technician came out to my home, with no awareness on my end I even had an appt that day because my phone number and name were completely wrong in your system, he told me what he sprayed would NOT help me at all with my issue. When we reached out to owner, the owner specifically said the general pest spray would cover our issue. Either the technicians are not well educated on their products and lied, or we were lied to by the owner.
We were still forced to pay the $75 service fee that day for a spray we did NOT need. No refund was offered. Thank you for the current offer to refund our $20 credit, I greatly look forward to it. Thank you.

Hands down the best pest control company around! Chris and his staff are extremely knowledgeable about the local (and even uncommon) critters that weasel their way into our homes Even the receptionist knows her stuff! We use them for our termite treatment and annual inspection, as well as for quarterly visits to keep out spiders, roaches, and those disgusting worm things. Extremely affordable!

Great job at keeping away the pest! I called the office the other day, I was a mess because I was having a problem with spiders. The secretary I spoke to was super helpful. Answered all my questions and was very patient, as I had a lot. She was able to get someone out that day! They worked with me in order to take care of these pest I didn't want in my home! I was so impressed I signed up for them to come out every three months at a super competitive price. I called many places, Jones by far had the best prices!

Everyone within this business has been extremely helpful and honest. They care about their customers and their situations. The office ladies are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you schedule the services you need, and they are friendly and will walk you through anything that you do not understand. The technicians that come out to our home are always punctual, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

Friendly staff and effective work but HIGHLY recommend getting your estimate in writing on the spot because of you don't the day of treatment they turn around and up the overall cost. Could barely afford the original estimate then the day of they tack on an additional $100. Wasn't thrilled and couldn't afford it but had to get it done.

We called a lot of exterminating companies in the area for quotes because we had a termite infestation. I called a couple of realtors that we know and they all recomended Jones pest control. Believe it or not Jones Pest Control was the only company that was on time. The owner came out and was extremely nice and was very knowledgeable. He listen to our concerns and answered all of our questions.
We were so scared because we have never had termites before and Mr. Jones informed us that there was nothing to worry about that he would take care of the problem and we would be termite free. It really put me and my husband's mind at ease. Also the best part was there prices were a lot better than the other companies that we called with the same warranty. So we gave them a shot and we are very happy we did. They made our termite experience a good one. I would definately recomend Jones Pest Control to anyone.
