The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. We have been trying to get a termite contract transferred from a now prior owner of a home for a month to no avail. Every phone call leads to them saying some additional action is needed and the "additional action" is always something that has already been done that they magically have no record of.
We call them daily and still nothing. Avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is complete garbage. I have no confidence that they will be able to follow through with the contract.

I used them for pest control in my last home. I sold it Jan 28. One of their people contacted me in Feb about coming out for the yearly treatment. I informed him I no longer lived there and gave him the new residents number to contact and schedule service with him. Now they are still sending me bills. I have emailed and phoned them and they cant get it through their heads that I am not their customer anymore.

Been with them for years. I called because I have been under contract for bugs for years and have ants in several rooms. After 7 minutes of waiting on the receptionist to input my information she told me I was already scheduled for a treatment in two days at 7:30 in the morning. Which was unknown to me. She said they usually call and give 24 hours noticed.
That time does not work for me because I have to be at my appointments. I asked for another time and it became a challenge and was going to move until next week. I was able to call the competition and have something scheduled for tomorrow morning I will be canceling my termite contract and my bud contract with this company. They haven't been in my house this year. I'm not sure how I pay for a treatment when they don't even come inside.

Update: The company saw my review and contacted me. They agreed that the work their technician did was not up to the standards of Fisher Environmental. I sent pictures to them and they came to see the work in person. They hired a company to professionally fix the poor craftsmanship by their technician and we are happy with the results. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PAY MORE TO USE OTHER COMPANIES!
This is to inform you of how displeased we are with Fisher. The technician showed up 2 hours late without contacting us in regards to a delay. He showed up without the proper tools to complete his job and asked to borrow our tools. We do not work for Fisher, nor would we allow him to borrow our tools after showing up late and without the necessary tools to conduct a job that we contracted Fisher to complete.
This happened on both visits, the second visit where he understood what had to take place based off of the first visit (still showed up asking for our tools). During the visit his work was extremely sloppy (rough cuts and baseboard nicks). After digging the required holes for the Sentircon termite system he left piles of dirt that we had to clean up after his departure.
The holes he cut in the walls were done recklessly and without utilizing the proper tools. My husband called the Fisher office to cancel our contract and talk with a manager his contact information was taken and over a month later we are still waiting for a phone call. POOR MANAGEMENT! This is highly unprofessional and shows that Fisher does not put the customer first and rather focus on securing contracts and then providing less than adequate services.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I have had a termite contract with Fischer for several years. When active termites were found during a roof repair, I had to call them 4 times, THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK! Then when I finally spoke to someone, it was to SCHEDULE someone to come out. Who knows when they will show up. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. They are terrible!

Great service with professionals that are timely and knowledgeable. Spoke with Bobby to set up the appointment and he shared what he would do before sending a specialist to my house. Prompt and communicated very well when he would arrive and how long he would take. Highly recommend and deal with confidence.

Paid my yearly inspection bill back in Sept most years after a couple of months I have to call and remind them to do the inspections this year something new almost a month after I paid my bill I get another bill saying if paid early I would get a discount I paid the bill the bill a month ago! So I called to find out why the seconded bill and would I get a refund for the discount offered on the new bill the person 3 months later no help will not even responded to my e-mails

Thank you Fischer for getting rid of my fleas! The entire yard and house was infested and the technician came back several times to make sure they were gone and instructed us on how to clean them up so the eggs didn't keep hatching. I had no idea getting rid of them took so much work, but this company and the managers made sure we were taken care of and knew what they were doing. I will be calling them first if I encounter any other issues with "bugs"!

Fischer employees are the best in the business. Their training and professionalism is off the chain. I had just recently bought a new home and when the termites started swarming outside, I thought for sure my house was going to be eaten to bits. I contacted Fischer and they explained to me what swarming termites were, and what my options for protection from any type of termite infestation.
