Envirosafe Pest Control of Charlotte understands how damaging Carpenter Ants can be for homeowners. Carpenter Ants typically have a satellite colony in exterior areas of the home, such as live or dead trees, stumps, logs or decorative landscape wood. The satellite colony is often located in a tree, stump, stacked wood within 50 yards of the home or in wood and stumps buried in the yard when the house was constructed.
Carpenter bees are large, black and yellow bees frequently seen spring hovering around the eaves of your house or the the underside of decks or porch rails in warm weather. They are often mistaken for bumble bees, but differ in that they have a black shiny tail section and a penchant for doing damage to structural wooden members on the exterior of your home. The carpenter bee is so-called because of its habit of excavating tunnels in wooden members on the exterior of your home with its strong jaws.

Do NOT use this company. They do not stand behind their service and brand. While envirosafe is pet and people friendly, their products do not actually kill pests and they do not care. I am a returning customer of envirosafe and after this last experience, it will be my last. My house after THREE treatments continues to have the same problem with earwigs and they not only refuse to look into the problem, but are blaming the rain and even my neighbors. Terrible customer service and business! Good riddance!

Envirosafe speedily sent an inspector to evaluate the problem we had with mold in the crawl space under our house. He was friendly and courteous and patiently explained the multi-stage process of mold abatement in terms I could understand. They gave a reasonable estimate and we were very happy with our experience with this company.

We've been using this pest control service since we moved here. Before I would have given a 5 stars but this last time will be out very last time with them. I need a retreat because the pest control rep that came out last Thursday didn't do it how our regular guy usually does. So I called and asked for a retreat, I have not gotten any call backs, voicemail has been full for days and I've also texted with no response. It's very unfortunate because I really loved how quickly and effectively they worked. Never again though.
