This is the best extermination experience we've ever had. We had black widow spiders and they came out within the same day of calling and did a thorough inspection. None of our previous pest companies have ever provided the level of service or quality of inspection as what we experienced with this company. I am very impressed. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. The technician was very accommodating for us to start inside, on the opposite side of the house. He made sure we knew when to put our items back in the closets. Pacific Pest is a great company. Jesse is very knowledgeable and always on time and professional. I have used them on several different occasions and they always get the job done. I am now a reoccurring customer. We had a rodent and roach issue and Pacific Pest solved both issues. They came out and closed off all opening to our house to prevent rodents from entering and we have not had a issue since.
After moving in to our new house and bringing items from storage German roaches came with our stuff. Jesse came out and prayed and fogged and the roach problem was gone. I have used several pest companies in my life and these guys are the best. Super easy to work with and always on time and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone. Great company.

Bummer. One of our few low ratings. Why, you ask? Let me clarify that this is only about Pacific Pest's termite-impacted wood replacement services. We've been a customer of theirs for over 2 years for periodic spraying and that's ok. My wife engaged Pacific Pest to replace wood that was indicated by their inspector to be damaged. They provided a very basic sketch of what they were going to do and proposed $5400.
As my wife and myself are not termite or carpentry experts and could not tell what was impacted and what was not, we engaged them. However, by the end of the first week, we texted our inspector that it did not seem that their crew was doing nearly as much wood replacement as we were led to believe at the start of the project. There WERE a lot of people onsite, but not much wood was getting replaced.
They reviewed it and then the following week the crew replaced a few more panels of wood. All told, they replaced two rafters (indicated as Scope 2A on the diagram below), a 7' post, a 7' header, about 7 or 8 wood panels (approx. 2'x4'), a 2'x 4' area of roofing and about 25' x 6 inches of edging/detail (Scope 2B). See my photos below. While they completed this work, I don't think this is a $5400 value in 2019!
Maybe by 2070 if inflation crushes the dollar. In an attempt to be fair, we did try to work this out with Pacific Pest, pointing out that this seemed extremely expensive for the relatively small amount of wood replaced. They only offered "3 free sprays" about $300 in value in recompense. When we counter-offered, they would not budge. We tried. Cutting off service immediately. Unless you are experts in carpentry AND termite inspecting-you have been warned.
