Cato Termite and Pest Control

We couldn't have had a better experience with Tom and Cato. We unfortunately discovered we had bats in our attic in May and we were referred to Cato. Tom informed us that per NJ law we'd have to wait until August to exclude them, but during that time Tom was incredibly supportive and responsive to our questions/concerns. Once August came, Tom and his team scheduled us promptly and were incredibly professional and kind all days they were at our home. We felt comfortable and trusted Tom completely. We can't recommend Cato enough.

We were so impressed with the service we received from Cato Pest Control. Daniel came to our home because of an issue we were having with ants, mostly outside with some inside as well. He was so thorough with his inspection and took the time to talk to us about our ant problem. I would highly recommend Cato Pest Control.

Super fast service, especially around the holiday! Tom was especially kind to my 90 year old grandmother, and kept the family the loop to make sure her raccoon removal was taken care of. Great company, would recommend.

Quick shoutout to Tom and Dan for their quick response regarding my adorable flying squirrels. All 5 were evicted from my interior rafters the very first night, and even though they're not happy about it, they'll be fine and I'm glad they've moved on. I use CATO exclusively for all my home pest control needs and for my investment properties, have so for years.

In the process of purchasing our first home we needed a termite inspection. We came across Cato from a referral a friend gave us, and I was absolutely blown away by the service that was offered and how extremely cheap it was. The Service was not cut short the technician was extremely knowledged and took his time to explain everything and gave us a break down on what to do. This small family business packs a punch most definitely! 2 thumbs way up for the way they do business.

We had an excellent experience with Cato Pest Control over the summer. My grandfather's garage had been infested with termites for a few years, but when the weather changed from cool to hot, we had termite swarmers pouring out of the woodwork by the thousands. It was straight out of a nightmare. When I left a message with Cato, Tom got in contact with me immediately to set up an evaluation.

He got us a quote (very reasonable!) and had us termite free within days! Tom and his employees are a pleasure to work with, even regarding such an unpleasant subject matter. Very friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced. We will be calling Cato for all of our future extermination needs. Thanks again, Tom!

I highly recommend Cato. We had the horrifying discovery of bed bugs and I left a ton of messages for exterminators after hours and Cato called me right back and came out first thing in the morning. I was a hysterical mess and Tom and his crew were so sympathetic and understanding. I called with questions after my first treatment and was leaving a voicemail for Tom, but seconds later got a text from him that he was with a customer and would call me in a few minutes- which he did.

I will never use any other exterminator again. You can't train your employees to be as compassionate as his crew is- Tom is a great guy and he seems to hire the sweetest of workers. We are highly satisfied!

As a homeowner, I had the dreaded experience of having bed bugs brought to my home.uggghhh. I contacted Cato pest control after I read their reviews and I must say they lived up to expectations. First I was contacted by the owner and described my experience with my non-invited guests and he stated that it sounded exactly like bed bugs. So I had an inspection done and then scheduled a treatment date.

The home inspection revealed that the source of the infestation was in my couch, where I sleep at all the time. During the consultation staff was really friendly, understanding and quite humorous.he inspected the whole home and could not find any bugs in any of the bedrooms nor the basement. He then informed me that I needed to remove everything and place the items in bags and wash all clothing to prepare for the treatment.

The next person who came was so friendly and he was humorous as well. This made the experience very pleasant, cause dry conversation is the worst. He took apart the essentials, treated all areas and then made an appointment to come back and re-treat the area again. So far, knock on wood no bed bug bites! having bed begs is an awful and expensive experience, however Cato pest control was awesome!

I even thought they came back and the owner was reassuring and went over all the details just like we had never spoken to make sure he wasn't being biased.he even offered to send staff out again to re-treat.but we didn't think it was necessary. Overall this company was affordable, friendly, quick and diligent.

Just had Cato out to my house for yearly termite inspection and to treat an ant problem. I was so impressed with the service that I went right to my computer to write this review! I have been using Cato Termite and Pest for several years and am always so impressed with their service. Staff is not only courteous and professional but also extremely knowledgeable about their services and products and can answer any questions that I may have. Whenever I have called, I get a timely response. I highly recommend Cato to anyone having a pest problem. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Last summer Cato removed a yellow jacket wasp nest for me. Our neighbor's kids and our pets had been stung. They not only removed it but one month later when the wasps were rebuilding another nest they came back and got that one too. It was a very high tree and I was glad to have it safely removed. It was worth the fair and reasonable price they gave us.

So when we saw evidence of mice we called them and they came out to help. Almost immediately we saw the mice had taken the bait and saw less evidence of droppings. They really STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! My husband wasn't home and a mouse appeared in my family room, within an hour they happily sent a technician to capture and remove it. I am happy to have a service plan with them. They don't require a contract but they clearly don't need it because my business won't be going anywhere else! They were also conscientious of our pets.

I am very happy to have found Cato Termite and Pest Control and definitely recommend them. I spoke with Tom, the owner, by phone. Tom gave me a fair estimate for the removal of a hornets nest from a shrub near our home. He then came over and quickly solved our hornet problem! Tom was thoroughly professional, personable and honest. He made me feel like my he appreciated my business and gave me a price that easily beat the competition. Should I have other pest issues in the future, I would not hesitate to call Cato again.

I called CATO Termite and Pest Control after the national changes couldn't help me. I had bats in my attic. After having Terminex come out and miss diagnose my problem saying I had a squirrel problem and they couldn't help (they didn't even check the attic). I called CATO because they do wildlife removal. I couldn't be happier. After inspecting my attic, the tech quickly informed me of my problem (about 40 bats) he explained to me the complete elimination process.

We signed the contract, and work began immediately. I was kept informed of the entire process and I didn't need to be home for them to work. I was very impressed with the company that I ended up signing a quarterly treatment process. The best part of dealing with this company is the communication. They fully explained everything that they were doing and even listed all of the chemicals and treatments on each service ticket. I am 110% satisfied with this company. I would highly recommend them.

I have to "disagree" with the prior review. I can only say "good things" about Cato Termite & Pest Control. They are amazing !! They do great work & follow up on all work done. I've referred them to others, who also are very pleased with their work. I've had them numerous times in my Medford home. I would "highly recommend" Cato for your termite & pest control.
