Facility Pest Control is without a doubt the BEST pest control company around! Not only did a HUMAN answer the phone early morning on a Saturday, but they were also available to come out for SAME DAY service which is extremely rare, even more rare than getting a human being on the phone when you call! Sam was AMAZING and took EXCELLENT care of my needs all at a reasonable rate.

Much better than the larger pest control companies that attempt to extort as much $$$ from you as possible. Not only will I use this company again, I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs pest control service. Thanks guys, excellent job!

We have used this business for years for ant control. They use safe products. Then I found out they also got rid of gopher issues. Within 24 hours someone was here handling that issue. Friendly, fast honest service.

We LOVE Facility Pest Control and have been using them for years now! They have made our yard as bug free as possible. They do a twice monthly service which includes sweeping all of our eves and exterior light fixtures throughly to get all the creepy crawlers that like to live there. They also gave us this product that we now call "The Magic Black Pot" and it has completely taken away our mosquito problem.

They hang fly bags which keeps all the flies at bay as well as yellow jacket bags and rodent traps throughout our property. The spray they use takes care of all the rest and the best part is that it isn't harmful to our pets! We highly recommend Facility Pest Control!

I Called Sam in the morning to explain my bug issue. Hate admitting what it is since its considered most awful to deal with/hard to get rid of/spreads fast/bloodsucking critters Brought in a recliner from my mothers house when i first moved to my place in north Hollywood. Her place had a bed bug infestation for a long time. BAD MISTAKE on my part but i had no knowledge of them prior since I never had em.

It started a colony in which i threw away a brand new bought sofa $ (I hate people getting this idea of me being this untidy person which i am not, it was never a problem started from me in the first place. It was brought along by my mother's/father's place in Long Beach which caused me much resentment/anger towards my parents! I called harvey's pest control few months ago from last year.

Yet they returned within weeks. Sam's FACILITY PEST CONTROL was so reliable, easy to talk to, supportive over the phone. Offered a warranty if the issue persists as it did with the prior pest technician named HARVEY'S PEST CONTROL. (I'd say he completely failed since i needed to remove another couch for the second time this time around) Sam's pricing was decent and I'm appreciative of not having called a company chasing after capital gain. (A main reason people get reluctant to request pest control services) Sam's facility gave me a family oriented feel, as he was willing to be understanding of me and my living situation as a single mom to a 3 and a half year old girl. Matt arrived and was such a gentleman for assisting me to remove my sectional out i had to tip him for it.

A lady moving heavy furniture on her own is a sad thing lol I highly recommend Facility Pest Control if your in the valley 818 area. Considerate, reliable, affordable company understanding of family situations. I look forward to calling them in the future for any needs.

Moved into a new place.unfortunately it was infested with roaches. Called pest control came in a timely manner And baited. I wasn't happy with the results after 2 day. I called them back and they came and did a full spray. Iam glad to tell u all pests are gone. Did an awesome job!

Very fair pricing as I called them out for gopher issues --they did the job they were honest with their pricing and they had professional and responsive staff. And they solves the gopher issue!

I hired Facility to help me fend off ants and other bugs that were starting to creep into my house. After their first treatment around my house, the issue went away and has been away ever since! I've been a customer of theirs for close to two years now and I'm completely satisfied with their work. If I could give Facility 10 stars for Customer Service I would! I like to support Family run businesses as I have worked at one for over 30 years.and my boss has pounded "customer service" into our heads for years! Facility excels in Customer Service. I called at 9am Monday morning and spoke with Sam. Explained my bug issue- and my concern of chemicals as I have 2 cats.

He knew exactly what kind of critters they were - and advised that my cats would be fine with the spray.and explained a bit about the EPA requirements here in CA.he even gave me a suggestion on what I could do to help eliminate the pests from my drains. By 2pm Wilbur was at my place tackling the bugs! Wilbur was great.so knowledgeable.so kind and patient- and genuinely a good person.

He explained the process and he told me that the product is long lasting and works for several months. He thoroughly sprayed my unit.and my small patio. Today is Wednesday- I've seen a few dead bugs- no live ones. YAY!.it sure seems to be working well in just 48 hours!. I won't hesitate to call Facility for any pest needs in the future. EXCELLENT service and extremely fair & reasonable pricing. Oh and they don't try to shove a yearly contract down your throat like some of the others. THANK YOU Wilbur and Sam!

Matt is an excellent technician I called him for am issue regarding my patio, and I was very impressed with his professionalism kindness and attention to detail, and also his quickness and efficiency. This review is long overdue because I've been a customer of Facility Pest Control for more than four years. The longevity of our relationship should speak for itself about the quality of service they provide. Their technicians are always on time and thorough with their work. And the spray they use is very effective and safe. Over the years we've had plenty of opportunities to change companies who have offered slightly better financial plans, but we've continued our relationship with Facility Pest Control because their professional service is top notch.

I have been using Facility Pest Control for several years after being referred by my former next door neighbors. I have always received excellent bi-monthly service. Recently we had a moth infestation in our kitchen area. I contacted Facility, and its owner, Sam, was very responsive. He told me that they were pantry moths. He suggested I go through my pantry and other parts of the kitchen and clean around everything including the shelves.

He said that he would get me pantry moth sticky traps that would attract and kill the male moths. I received them the next day and they worked as he had said! I didn't realize how many moths we had! Anyway, it is now a couple weeks later, and there are fewer being caught now, and I am so pleased! Fingers crossed that we can get them all out soon! Thanks so much, Sam!

I never expected to say this about a pest control company but I love Facilty Pest Control. After trying 3 other companies in the past 5 years, here's what sets Facility apart: 1) the owner talks to you and explains things in a way that is helpful and easy to understand. I was sold on this alone, because I was tired of other companies that wouldn't take the time or staff their phones with someone knowledgeable. 2) great maintenance service.

The company clearly outlines their service and frequency. What's great is that they will send a technician out, reliably on schedule. Other places would require me to call to schedule every visit, or they didn't happen. 3) friendly technicians. 4) reasonable costs, no scary chemicals I highly recommend them!

As a first-time landlord and as someone who has called countless contractors for my own home over the years, I can attest that Facility Pest Control is a breath of fresh air. They do an excellent job and obviously care about their clients and building a solid business relationship. We have our rental property on a monthly pest-control schedule, and they consistently call me AND my tenant the day before our appointment to remind us that they're coming. I have had zero complaints about ants/roaches/pests at the house since they started our service. They really are the best!

Love Pest Facility! We have used them for over six years (at two different homes). They are professional, friendly, and super fast service (even over Xmas weekend!) They do a monthly bug treatment, seasonal mosquito treatment, and even once handled a mouse problem for us! We love that the chemicals they use are non toxic for animals and kids. Great business!

It is so unfortunate when a family owned business has one incapable employee, here is Katie the rudest arrogant receptionist. She gave a quote over the phone and When it was time to pay it was a whole different price. As other reviews state, terrible communication. Dan who serviced my home, who is her uncle stayed her difficulties. He begged for me to continue service with him and that I don't need to deal with her.

He was the sweetest and really stood by his word. Sam the owner spoke to me and was honoring the price I was told. To me it wasn't about the $$$ it was principle. Of course I paid full price. Fast forward to a month later, today I called to service with dan. Of course Katie put me through the loop hole of incompetence. She stated Sam the owner is uncomfortable to speak with me. Wow! Facility Pest Control was super responsive, easy to schedule with, fairly priced, and knowledgable. They were one of the few companies that got back to my Yelp message with an estimate and scheduling options. Other companies wanted more information or for me to call, even though I'd already been fairly clear with what I needed. Thank you for making it easy to make an appointment, Facility Pest Control! Dan showed up today to remove the wasp nest from my house and was so friendly.

He also quickly discovered that we had more than just the one nest, but he was so helpful in getting everything cleared out. He also did it quickly and was so polite and kind! I hope we don't need pest control again, but if we do, I know who to call. Thank you!

So where do I start with this poor Service and poor communication I guess I'll start off with the phone call I had with the dispatch lady Katie, spoke with Katie told her about my bedbug situation and she informed me to get bed covers And sleep back in my bed until they had availability to have a bedbug technician come out and assess my situation for $150 fee that would be waived but that wasn't for 48 hours so for two days I'm sitting in my house in fear of bedbugs and no one's coming to my home then on the appointed time the owner of the company comes in my home not in uniform regular clothes has a flashlight that doesn't work and does not have any idea of what a bedbug looks like Bailey told me it looks like a seed or where to look for them the so-called technician in owner of the company then call the bedbugs specialist which I sent photographs Of my bike in the bags that we captured and she also was not sure so confidence level is now being crushed with this professional company then I set an appointment to actually have the bedbug specialist come and treat my home after spending two days prepping for this nightmare removing everything out of my room packing everything up putting everything in garbage bags and washing and drying a complete nightmare for two days then no one shows up on my appointed time I called Katie I called the owner the owner doesn't know what's going on Katie the dispatch lady then tells me oh I'm sorry you had to Fill out some form And submit that prior to a technician coming when they already made an appointment for the technician to arrive so here I am waiting anxiously for this nightmare to end with their suppose it amazing formula of killing bedbugs and no telephone call no follow up there's no one communicating with me nothing I'm sitting here in shock when I finally spoke to the owner of the company who also didn't know anything and Kadie the receptionist who is by the way extremely rude on the phone I don't know who speaks to customers like that how they can have 101 reviews like this is beyond me.

So I called Turman X and Turman X is coming out and take care of it tried to give a local business and opportunity and they completely LMAO. Here is the reality of the bed bug scam people it's as easy as cleaning with $150.00 worth of cleaning products and a little bit of time 4-5 hours and some heat lamps you can rent from Home Depot took me a day and got rid of the bed bugs.

This must be to go to comment when you don't know what you're doing. What a joke this company is a total scam and a joke. The bedbug EXPERT HAD TO CALL SOME TO AS WHAT A BED BUD LOOKED LIKE HAHAHA
