When rodents, birds, rats, raccoons, possums, bats or squirrels, have resided in an attic for any length of time, they contaminate the region with urine, feces; shed fur, parasites, fleas, bed bugs and other contaminants. Unless corrective measures are taken, these disease-causing contaminants and parasites will either stay in your home or migrate to other areas within the home, creating a health hazard that remains long after the rodents are gone.
Not only does this create a bio-hazard, but the odors left behind from animal waste can play a vital role in re-infestations in the attic. That's why a total pest removal, exclusion and clean-up are not complete without removing contaminated material and treating the area with a biocide and/ or a pesticide.
A question we are often asked is, " Why can't an insulation contractor just come in and remove the insulation and get rid of everything". The answer is unless they carry a California branch II pest control license or state of California trapping license they are not licensed to trap rats, mammals or birds to clear you home. They do not carry the proper license to use pesticides to clear fleas and mites. If they do not have the certificate they do not have the proper insurances or bond for that type of job and can create a liability for you.

I am very happy to have wheeler's pest control to me my go-to for any pest problem in or around my house. This business is a very honest professional one that I dealt with lately. He technicians sent to my house are very polite, kind and professional. Alfredo Marco, has inspected my attic a month ago and saved me from a scam I was about to fall trapped with!
He was very honest and showed me "real pictures" of the status of my attic Snd gave me an honest estimate to the work needed. He came today and did the required work and showed me the pictures and video of my attic after his work. Wheelers techs are exceptional professional and always very thorough in explaining the work that he performed and the results that I can expect. We had a great experience with Wheeler's Pest Control assisting us with a gopher problem. Joseph came onsite, gave a thorough explanation of the process and the bait that he would be using and what we should expect. The service included two treatments. Joseph arrived on time for each visit and was very professional. Over all we are pleased with the work that was done along with no sign of gophers after the treatments

Joseph was very thorough when he came out to take care of a gopher problem we had in our yard. He explained what he was doing and what type of poison he was setting in the holes for the gophers. He also made some plant recommendations to help keep gophers away in the future. After the two services that were two weeks apart there hasn't been any more gopher activity. Highly recommend Wheeler's for gopher issues.

Do Not use this company! I called them to come out and inspect my home, the inspection was going to cost $199.00. I agreed to $199.00 and they turn around and charged my card twice, one charge for $299.00 and another for $550.00. I never agreed to none of this. I had to freeze my card and now I can't get a hold of them. Unneeded stress in my life. These people are scammers!

I called after some persistent gophers took up residence in my front yard. Joseph took care of it and the unwelcomed guests have not returned. Cant say enough good things. I was impressed with Alfredo's professionalism and customer service. He sealed entry ways to prevent rodents from entering the attic and recommended bait stations around the house with bimonthly pest control maintenance. I agreed with his recommendations and started services with Wheeler's Pest Control. Alfredo was thorough cleaning cobwebs, applying bug spray and filling bait stations for rats/mice.

We had a rat infestation in our attic and called several exterminators to get estimates. Alfredo from Weeler's Pest Control was the only one who took the time to really crawl through and give the attic an inspection before providing the estimate. They placed traps and sealed the house well to make sure the infestation was controlled before engaging an insulation company for us to do the cleaning and sanitizing of our attic. They placed bait traps around our house to prevent future problems and we have been very happy.

I live Wheeler's. They are Veteran and Family owned. Ryan has calmed me down in multiple bug and rat freak out attacks and is always so cool about it. I have been trying to kill off the gophers destroying landscaping and avocado trees for a year. I first tried to use the store bought stuff and doing it myself and had no luck getting rid of those little suckers. I then hired a gopher control company, spend big bucks over the next 6 months but things didn't get better. I then stumbled upon a video on gopher control on you tube by Wheeler's Pest control.
I watched several of their videos and decided to give them a call. Now I have 5 acres so I know its a big job and I'll have to pay up and I don't care if the job gets done right. Ryan, The tech that took care of me explained how they would handle this job, I was shocked at the price at first until he explained how they would get rid of gophers. The next day he said he would bring a second man out and treat the whole property, they would come out the next day and go back over the entire property and continue that process until the day they came out and their was no more activity.
When Ryan showed up on the 4th day we didn't find any activity at all. He said the 30 day warranty covers any new gopher activity that may show up, just call if you see any. Never had to call Those guys really help me out with a gopher and ground squirrel problem I had on my large property. Would recommend their service anytime.

I have been using Wheelers Pest Control for the last 3 years with no contract needed. I can cancel and restart whenever I want with no penalties. They stand behind their product which is very important to us! ( pet friendly as well ) The staff is so friendly and wonderful to work with. Joseph came to do our first service and we couldn't be happier with Wheeler's! He was very professional and explained the full spraying process. We have been using Wheeler's Pest Control since we moved to Temecula in 2016. They come out to our house quarterly to spray and when we have had other issues like ants. They are always super professional, kind, and thorough. I love that they are a family owned business who values the customers they have. This week, Joseph came to spray our home.
Although nobody was home during his visit, he was very communicative and did a great job per usual. I also had an issue with extra charges on my credit card that was resolved very quickly and in a professional manner by the office. We will continue to use Wheeler's Pest Control and long as we are living in the area. We appreciate their service!

I have used this company for over 10 years and always found their service exceptional. I initially worked with Wheelers through my work. I moved into a new house and found I had a major ant problem. I live in corona and every summer I had ants everywhere around and inside my house. I contacted Wheelers and have not seen an ant inside or outside since. Their service technicians are very knowledgable They provide excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing any pest problem

This company was recommended by my neighbor. I wasn't please with the company I had been using so I switched to Wheeler's. I haven't had a ant problem since I started using them 6 months ago. I would recommend them this company to my friends and family. They have done a very good job for me and if I ever have any questions the office is very helpfull

I received a summer special coupon on my door, I was looking to rid some bees and had ants as well. My wife called to get more info on bees, she spoke to girl she was so nice to her. My wife had me call them back to set apointment. They came out the next day and told me the bees were wasp and covered them at no cost. The guy did a great job, and he used boot covers on my white carpet. My wife and I are happy with the service and signed up for the every three month service.

I had a rat in my kitchen for several months. I set about a dozen different traps, using every kind of bait I could find with no luck. John, from Wheeler Pest Control came out I would have given him 5 stars just for his professionalism and courtesy. But the best part of this story is that he set a couple of traps and before he left he caught the rat. I highly recommend Wheeler Pest Control.
