I received a heat treatment from Fanatic in August and it didn't work. They also froze the bugs and used chemical. None of these methods were effective and the room didn't get hot at all. The treatment was a joke and now I think they are scam artists outside of one tech who was very helpful but he had surgery. With him out of commission, I haven't been about to get in touch with anyone else including the tech who did the treatment.
I haven't received a call from anyone else and I have contacted them several times and always get a woman who says she can only send a message to the techs. I asked if she could call the techs and ask them to give me a call but she said that they don't want to be contacted and rather receive messages and therefore they ignore their paying customers calls.
I'm so disappointed with the service (the treatment didn't work), poor customer service and disregard for their customers. One star was way too generous. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them!
