I could not be more impressed with All Pest Solutions! We suddenly had an invasion of wasps come through our chimney, and we were finding them on the windows and kitchen floor. Totally creeped out. We had one company come out and they killed a few, but we were not very impressed. Then someone told us to call All Pest Solutions. Jacob Daniel was just the nicest, most informative service person I think we have ever had come to our home.

He found the source, took the time to draw me diagrams of why this was happening, did an outside treatment near the chimney (they can't spray indoors), and explained that the cold weather will make this swarming stop. In the meantime, he showed me a device I can order from Amazon that I can hang outside and in my firebox that will catch them before they even think of coming inside again. This is a family owned business; and next year, we plan to use them for all our pest needs. I highly recommend them! Well done!

Have dealt with a lot of pest companies over the years but none to even come close to this one. Gilberto is absolutely awesome. Friendly, easy going and knows what he is doing. He is always punctual, and ready to start by the appointment time. Can't say enough about his service and the results we get. Gilberto should get a big ATTABOY! He represents the company so well!

I called ALL PEST SOLUTIONS to come help us with some issues with some type of insect flying around our front yard. They came right out and Jeff was very knowledgeable! He sprayed the front and back and we noticed a difference instantly! He was very professional and on time. He called that morning and then when he was 30 minutes away! I called AllPest because I noticed some rodent droppings in my garage. They were very booked up, but were able to get me on the schedule the next day with a rep coming after hours even to meet my irregular schedule. Their technician Sam G. showed up on time and was very professional and kind. Observed the house and diagnosed the issue. He was very knowledgeable and considerate to my family's needs.

They did the work the following week, sealing off the various exposed areas of my garage and roof. He placed traps throughout the garage and attic and came back often to inspect the traps. What we thought were rats or mice ended up being something bigger as the traps were tripped, but nothing but a talon remained. Sam believed it was a squirrel and went back to his office, retrieved a larger trap, and set it up - we successfully caught it and we let it go outside. Sam could have said, "we caught your problem, we are done.", but instead he reset the trap and kept coming to check on it routinely throughout the following weeks. I really appreciate his hard work and effort to making my problem a priority to him. I know exactly who I will call for any and all pest issues - Sam at AllPest.

In my past four years of managing Country Friends Veterinary Clinic, I have worked with Jeff from All Pest. I used to manage a pest company and know the business well- so imagine always having an amazing experience- which I have! Jeff (0707158) is friendly, reliable, gracious, and works hard. With people and pets in the yard we can't have ant hills cropping up and we don't. NOT ONE in my four years!

Hired All Pest Solutions (Squirrel Team 6) in December, 2019 to take care of an out-of-control wildlife issue. Was getting hard to sleep with so much activity in my attic. They assessed the situation, set traps and made weekly checks to remove trapped wildlife. Once the attic was cleared they found and patched all entry points and set inconspicuous outside traps. Three months later and no sign of wildlife in the attic. Pest problem? Definitely call Squirrel Team 6.

If you are looking for a Pest Company, PLEASE READ THIS! I've had All Pest Solutions come to my house since 2017, but I'm not sure if they are really providing "the solution" more of like the problem. Let me start off by saying that I was a loyal and loving customer for years! An exterminator named Mark always came to my home and provided 5 star service, he was always kind, helpful and was quick to solve any problems regarding bugs or infestations. Unfortunately, Mark doesn't work there anymore.

And because of this I have seen a MASSIVE DECLINE IN SERVICE. I recently had an exterminator named Billy come to my house to spray the regular routine around my home (including a fly extermination). This service has always included 8 different types of chemicals (Contrac, Extinguish Plus, Fastrac Blox, FUSE, Glueboards, Gulfstream, Intice, Phantom/Optigard) since 2017 I've had the same service and paid the same amount.

I noticed that he missed two of the chemicals from the regular routine, and didn't add any chemicals on top of that to kill the flies. But charged me the same amount. I quickly called Karen (receptionist) to get Billy back and spray the missing chemicals. I've had a problem with flies and wanted a service specifically for that problem (on top of the current service that I always get) Which I communicated that before hand, and thought they would know how to handle that problem, since it's a very common problem and they have 16 years experience. Karen then asked me to identify the flies, which was hard because I'm not the specialist, her company is the one who specializes in that.

They are just common house flies. Billy came back with a ticket saying he is proving an "extra service" and was quick to tell me that he doesn't give me a guarantee on his service. I was shocked to hear this because, first of all he missed two chemicals from the service. Him coming back to fix his mistake was not an "extra service", he was just finishing his job. Secondly, there is a 90 day warrantee on EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT that he signs for the job. That's absurd that he would tell me something like that.

I CALLED THE OWNER OF ALL PEST SOLUTIONS, AND THAT'S WHERE THE REAL PROBLEM CAME. I expected her to be understanding and respectful (since I'm the customer and there was a problem from her company), but instead I got rude commentary and attitude. I have experience with customer service and manage my own business. I know how to treat loyal and paying customers, and let me tell you, this was not the way to get business, let alone have people want to come back and talk to you.

The whole experience with the owner was tasteless to say the least. She refused to give me her name, she disregarded the fact that I've been a loyal customer for years, she didn't know how to handle a professional situation, she refused to refund my charge for "the extra service" (which was Billy's fault) and had terrible communication skills as someone who owns and manages a business.

She didn't solve any of my problems, in fact she gave me more problems. All I want is to cancel my service with them for good and take off the unnecessary charges that were put on me because of their exterminator Billy. It's a simple fix but the owner made it so unnecessarily difficult and showed no respect for her customers who keep her company going. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT GIVES YOU QUALITY AND RESPECT LOOK ANOTHER WAY! ALL PEST SOLUTIONS IS NOT THAT PLACE!

They arrived at the scheduled appointment time, the technician was knowledgeable and asked lots of questions of what we were seeing and where. Once he had that information he was on a mission! I appreciate Jacob's honest assessment of our home. While he suggested that we did not full fortress protection, we went with this option anyway based on how his services would protect us in the future. Our exclusions points are hard to find because of the quality work All Pest Solutions completed on our home. I tried to talk about one of the eves and I had difficulty finding their work the paint and finish matched so well.

The final portion of their service included pest control. Our tech was awesome. He explained everything he used on our home and why. If you are looking for an thorough and honest company, All Pest Solutions is your choice.

I have been using All Pest Solutions in Wylie for years and was so surprised to find no reviews on Yelp! Mine should have been here before now, but it was just an oversight on my part. Being a homeowner, we all know how hard it is to compile a list of reputable service providers you can trust and who perform superior services. Well, if it's pest control you need, don't hesitate to contact this company.

They are courteous, prompt, and they know just how to resolve your issue. And, I appreciate that they never try to sell me anything I don't need or talk me into long-term contracts. I also like that they have your assigned technician call you directly to discuss your issue and set up an appointment. Our technician, Daryl, is great and has been with the company for as long as we have used their services, which is going on nine years now. This is one company I highly recommend!

I don't have an insect problem, my objective is preventative maintenance. My technician was Daryl. He was very informative, not only in what he was doing but what he was going to do as well. Daryl provided me with information that would allow me to be pro-active in preventing unwanted pests in my home. He conducted himself in a professional manner. I also found Daryl easy to talk to. I used All Pest Solutions initially to get rid of an ant problem I discovered shortly after purchasing my home. I now continue services as preventative maintenance. Jacob is such a respectable young guy and I have never had any problems with the services provided. Great family owned business that I will continue to use as long as I reside in Wylie.

We recently began a much needed bathroom remodel. When the shower wall was opened up, a nest of ants was uncovered. If needed help quick! I googled pest control Rowlett and one of the results was All Pest Solutions. I visited their website and checked out their BBB status. I called and spoke to Natalie who listened to my problem and told me she would check with her techs to see who could work me into their schedule that afternoon.

Within an hour I received a call from Daryl who told me what time to expect him. Daryl was great. He treated the problem area as well as the other wet areas of our home and the perimeter of the house and yard area. He was fast and efficient. After he finished he suggested we get on a quarterly maintenance schedule but there was no high pressure up selling or contract to sign. We will definitely use All Pest Solutions again.
