We have an inspection fee for a couple reasons. One is because we use it to gauge the seriousness of the person that is calling looking to have the bats removed. Each building is different whether commercial, residential, or industrial. Gaps 1/2 or larger must be inspected and sealed to prevent re-entry of bats and entries that are existing need one way bat valves installed.
Creates loss of sanity with their chirping/scratching noises when you have a bird in vent. If possible we remove entire vent pipe and replace with a new clean pipe (can't do this when pipe is between floors, can only clean out the pipe with our brush system). Offer to do other vents similar as birds will likely move to the next vent that is unguarded.
Once the property is set up with traps, we will monitor the traps at least once per week, taking dead caught moles out of traps (can show you the mole caught if you desire), and resetting traps as mole activity dictates. When there is no more NEW damage in the lawn, we will pull the traps, walk down any old mole runs, and then if at any time you see new mole damage, you call, text, or email TRapper's Wildlife Control and we will return to reset the traps. The average 1 acre yard can have 1-5 moles active in it, they are territorial, solitary animals.
TRappers Wildlife Control, LLC charges a flat rate cost for the inspection, set up of traps, and every trip needed to remove the offending groundhogs (aka woodchucks) groundhog removal. Traps by Iowa law have to be checked every 24 hours and we require the customer to check the traps for us and inform us when a capture has been made.

Responded very quickly to my inquiry regarding mole damage in my back yard. A technician was out in the next couple of days to set traps and the moles were caught shortly thereafter, stopping the damage to the yard. I was very satisfied with the results and the cost of the service. I highly recommend this company. Service: Rodent extermination

We suspected that we had a few bats living in our walls, but two inspectors came, took a quick look, and told us we were fine. Then we finally found TRapper. Him and his team scoured the house and indeed found a spot where bats were getting in. After installing a bat exit, our bat problem is no more. Always quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly and professional, can't recommend TRapper highly enough for those with stubborn bat issues.

Very impressed with Trapper. With having a bat problem a few years before and the prior exterminator literally did nothing I was very particular about what I wanted done. He was knowledgeable, thorough and trustworthy. Took the time to inspect the whole outside of my home as well as getting into my attic which the prior guy did not do. Will definitely refer him to anyone I know with the same issue.

These guys are the best! For the first time in 6-7 years I don't have moles digging up my yard. I had tried everything myself, grub control, mole repellent spray, the little vibrating mole chasers and nothing worked. I have pets so I did not want to use any poisons or anything harmful. Within a few weeks my yard was mole free and has stayed mole free. I cannot say enough good things about the trapper, he is the BEST!

I wouldn't recommend this service. I used him for bats and he came and sealed house and using flexible tubes so bats could escape. Told me he'd come back a few weeks later and remove tubes. Didn't come and when I contacted him he said he'd come in October. I now have yellow jackets making a nest in tube. I made the mistake of paying in full, up front for a 5% discount.
He didn't finish the job and now says it will be a minimum of 2 weeks before he can come back to resolve something he said he'd do 2 months ago. He's expensive and follow through wasn't good. EDIT- he came and remedied this situation after I posted this. I appreciate him finishing the job.
