When he came and promised a three-month pest control service, I trusted him. But he showed up only 3 times with my payment of $495. Called and left message for many times to him and he never answered back. Even he left some traps in my house till now. Never trust this guy!

Ron showed up for the first appointment and charged us over $400 up front for 2 months of services. set rodent traps and only came back once to check them. Was supposed to show up every week then he flaked twice. When we tried texting and calling, we get a text reply a day later saying he had jury duty. Called terminex and experienced better service with them at a cheaper price. I highly recommend you DO NOT waste your time with this company. Now we are out $400. I will be contacting the better business Bureau if we do not receive a full refund.

I had an issue that needed to be resolved quickly. I initially found this company through Home Adviser, and Ron called within 5 minutes. He is courteous, professional, and patient. Keep in mind that they have lots of customers, so your first choice appointment may not be immediately available, so try to be flexible with them if you want quick service.

They also offer a warranty, which definitely gives a piece of mind. My "project" included several visits, which was the way to take care of problem. So I am leaving this review after everything is completed. I noticed a few not so positive reviews, which is puzzling as none of these was my personal experience. I am recommending this business for any nuisances associated with bugs, pests, you name it.

Ron showed up to first appointment, charge us for the whole treatment and never returned! First he said the chemicals he needed to use were in back order, then he said he lost both our phone numbers. He did not showed up to the second part of the treatment and since then is not returning my calls or e-mails. We have kids to feed and $180 represented a whole week of meals. We want the company to come back and re-do the treatment or return our money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Terrible. We made an appointment and he never showed up. He didn't call to warn me he wasn't coming, cancel, or reschedule. I called many times and never got a call back.

Hired Nova on separate occasions, for ant control and termites. He was very responsive, quick service, and professional. He seems honest too - he didn't try to sell me on a monthly subscription for a full year, and doesn't try to scam me to buy additional services I don't really need. He sprayed and I didn't see ants in my house for several months. So now I just call him after several months if I see ants in the house.

We've had bird mites since early July this year. We had some other pest guy come out for two weeks with little improvement. We hired Ron and he has been so incredibly helpful and persistent. We had 4 treatments (typical), but noticed we still had some problems. By the way, you get a 6 month guarantee with his services. The problems were much less but I want these damn mites fully gone!

So he came out again 2 weeks later. He was a bit hard to reach, but I think it's because he is so busy. He truly wants to help everyone and maybe has a hard time saying no to customers. He apologized for not responding faster. I really appreciate that he didn't fall off the face of the earth and is still in contact with me asking how things are going.

I told him we're still having some issues. Maybe it's all in my head, but I'm giving him another sample of the things I think are mites. He's also giving me another two treatments and is going to consult with other professionals to see another way to attack them. In summary, I do see what reviewers are saying about him being difficult to reach at times.

But I think the most important thing is that he wants to help people. He seems like a friend helping you out- not just some guy trying to quickly exterminate and move on to the next customer. I highly recommend him. I know bird mites are one of the most difficult things to eradicate. I appreciate that he has taken on the challenge and continues to provide services beyond the typical protocol- at no extra charge.

This guy is a joke i'm so upset that till this day he has not called to try to reschedule with me or my neighbor which I recommended him too and I feel so embarrassed that they wasted their money on this guy that only shows up to the first appointment and gives you all kinds of excuses when he needs to come back unreliable do not use this guy

When I discovered that I had bed bugs, I was completely panicked. I called and researched just about every pest control company in LA. I am so happy I went with Nova! Ron was extremely knowledgable and was able to schedule an appointment right away. He was very thorough, took the time to talk me through the whole process, and answered all of my questions.

He made a horrible situation a fast and easy fix. I highly recommend Nova and I am so happy I chose this company. If you ever have to deal with this, Nova is the company to trust.

Service started out good. I signed up for the maintenance plan but he flaked on our latest appt with no notice. He's also not returning calls so I'll have to find someone new.

I found this place on google maps when I searched the nearest pest control companies near my house (it didn't show up when Yelping "pest control" nearby locations). Anyway, i spoke to about 6 or 7 different pest control companies and Ron was the only person who didn't sound arrogant over the phone and answered all of my questions without attitude.

You have to expect people calling you to have 100 questions because they don't know what they're getting into. Anyway, Ron is super knowledgable and friendly. He is the owner of the company and has a lot of experience. He did exactly what we asked him to do, which was exterminate the bird mites we found in our house. We loved that he has a 6 month guarantee, and he comes out several times to treat the infestation to completion.

He even works with your busy work schedule to accommodate to you. I definitely recommend this pest control company. A+ service Update: I have had a total of 3 treatments for bird mites now and they are 100% gone. Thanks Ron!

As a property owner of an apartment complex, I have had to use various pest control companies, however NOVA PEST CONTROL, was beyond expected! Not only was Ron quick to respond, with great customer service, but was flexible and willing to accommodate with my tenants schedule. Unfortunately when I called them back for services on another property Ron never responded my calls nor messages! :/ Conny

Thank you, Ron, for making our home, simply ours and pest free. After finding evidence of RATS in our garage, we called Nova and they were out within a day and responding to our crisis. Ron explained all the details of what the options were and how we could get our problem under control. Within a month, there was no evidence of infestation and hasn't been for the past couple of more months. Very plaesed with the quality of work and the quality of service. Nova is my recommendation for any pest trouble in my future and should be the answer in yours!

I gave Nova Pest Services a call to see if they could take care of my rental property in Highland. I thought it might be too far but they actually had a tech in the area already servicing another customer! They came by within hours and we have not had ants since. And trust me it was a huge problem in the past. They did not try to sell me more services than I needed and gave me a great price. I will use them for any pest or rodent issues I have in the future.

Nova was the third company I called to deal with a rats infestation. The first company promised they would get rid of the problems and after two months no difference and I paid for no results. 2nd company was too expensive so I called Nova. I called and they came out the same day and offered us a good price. I was still not expecting miracles but this is their 3 week and my husband and I do not hear or see them anymore. I have been dealing with rats on and off for 25 years, I finally decided to call someone. We called Nova and they were able to come out same day and start our service. The price was fair but the work they provided was excellent. Within 7 days of starting the service we did not hear anymore activity. Our friendly technician inspected for openings and motivating factors for the rodents to continually come into our home.

We ended up doing a full attic restoration and closing all the openings. This process is not a cheap solution but it has been very effective, we do not have anymore rats and the clean up work has helped with my allergies. Thank You Nova!
