Blackburn Pest Control is licensed to preform VA, FHA and NACA approved termite inspections for anyone buying, selling or refinancing a home. Anthony is fantastic! Highly recommend if you are going to use this company, request Anthony. The lady in office is extremely unprofessional. It's too bad as Anthony has done my house for multiple years and done great, with a small misunderstanding of payment and not having someone collect a payment on a day they were supposed to come pick it up and service the house, the lady in the office just canceled and didn't have our guy show, did not call or anything.
When I called to clear it up and pay over the phone, the lady tried to belittle me and would not even listen to the misunderstanding. Unfortunately I had to fire them as a company (of course after I paid). They clearly could have looked at my account and seen the YEARS of loyalty of me using them that this was not a big issue, but the unprofessionalism of the office manager and horrible customer service on her side left me with no choice. Thanks Anthony, I appreciate you and your 5 or 6 years of service, my family enjoyed having you

We live in Round Mountain, they care enough to travel all the way out here where everyone has an abundance of creepy crawlers to take care of our small rural community.
