Intrepid Wildlife Services is wonderful! I called Intrepid Wildlife Services because a possum got into my house. Ray was extremely professional and showed up the same day (about 45 minutes after my frantic call!) Ray successfully secured the possum that got into my house, was personable and extremely kind. Really appreciate the help, Ray!

Beware of this company, he takes your money and doesn't complete the work. I should've read through his reviews more carefully, because it seems to be a pattern. We called Ray at the end of May after realizing over 2 dozen bats were living in our chimney flashing. He came the next day to asess the situation, told us he'd put a bat door in the area so they bats fly out and can't return.
Then told us about all the other precautionary work he would do to the roof and other areas of our home, so that they bats wouldn't try to roost in any other areas of our home once they were excluded from the flashing. He asked for a downpayment (half of total Bill) to start the job. We had to hound him to come start the job. When he finally came, he did the bat door and said he'd come back to do the rest next week. It's now July.we still have bats, he never completed the work he promised and we're out $800. Do not use this company!

The best in the business! Incredibly professional and competent. We have had issues with animals in our home, brought in by our cat. These guys responded immediately and were at our home within 30 minutes to remove a chipmunk. It's a pleasure to deal with a business where the owners actually know what they are doing and do it WELL! Highly recommend these guys!

I'm bewildered by all the glowing reviews. We had a squirrel infestation. Ray put a squirrel cage on our roof, then just left it there. he did not check it regularly. If squirrels had been trapped inside they would have possibly died slowly from heat, lack of water, and starvation. Then when I asked him to remove the traps about a month later, it took several calls (he kept promising, then not showing up) before my husband finally got very angry with him. $700 later nothing had changed.
Total waste of money. BTW - Ray had also discovered at least one bat in the attic. When we asked him what the cost would be of removing it, his answer amounted to it would be too much trouble. So after that fiasco, we hired another guy who caught the squirrels, eradicated the bats, critter-proofed our attic, and we've had no problems since. All for the same price as Ray, but this time with results.
And this was a guy Ray bad-mouthed when he was here. Post script - he spent a lot of time talking all about his social media and how savvy he is with it. I urge any potential customers to read the negative reviews, and notice the similar complaints in them. Because I'm suspicious that all the glowing ones are not authentic.

I called several companies to deal with a raccoon and her babies in our storage shed at my facility and Intrepid was who we chose. Ray explained the process in detail and was here the very next morning. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend this company for any your wildlife situations!

We heard scratching and some animal moaning sounds in the flue above fireplace. Ray came on New Year's Day and caught not one but two squirrels that were trapped in flue that we recently had covered with wire mesh by another company. He also did a thorough inspection and retrieved a mummified squirrel that must have been in our flue for a very long time. Ray was professional, quick and extremely knowledgeable. We recommend him highly.

Intrepid was the first place I called when a bat flew by my head in my basement at 11:30pm. I called a few other places but ended up calling Ray back and having him come out to our house. He arrived quickly and found and removed the bat within minutes. He was friendly, helpful and I am planning on having him come back to check for possible entry points and make my house bat proof. He literally made it so I could sleep last night! Thanks Ray!

We had a family of four groundhogs that took up residence under our shed. Intrepid was very professional, honest, and upfront about what would happen. We got the 7 day "groundhog family" package. We caught two on the first day, and another a couple of days later. When we ran out of the seven days with one still out there, they were super nice and cool.
They let the trap stay there an extra day and we were able to catch the last one. They are more concerned with completing the job properly than anything else. I would recommend them 10 stars if there was an option.

I can't say enough good things about Intrepid. Ray was amazing! He truly answered the call and was at my house within an hour. While others claim 24/7 he really delivered on that promise. Amazing experience and was able to take care of an invited raccoon. (Cute but not welcome). Thanks again! Would recommend without any reservation!

Phenomenal service! I called Ray at 7am in a huge panic because a raccoon had broken her way into our attic and had babies. My husband had scared her out a few days before and repaired the damage she had caused previously, but she was determined to nest here. Ray was super fast, humane and professional. He was at our home within the hour and got the raccoon and her 3 babies out quickly and safely. A genuinely nice guy - I can't recommend Intrepid highly enough, for price, service and peace of mind. A skunk fell into my basement window well. It kept spraying inside the window well. Even with all the windows closed, my house STUNK!! I called Ray and he was able to get the skunk into a trap and out of the window well. He even gave me some tips for getting the smell out! I will always recommend Ray to anyone and everyone. he really is a life saver!!
