Our residential programs consist of 4 or 5 exterior power sprays which lay down an 8' continual barrier around the home through out the spring, summer and fall when protection is most needed and effective. Perfect for the professionals with little time to schedule or the individual who would prefer not to have chemicals in the living areas. In replace of residuals, monitors are discreetly placed in the home. Very limited areas treated if needed.

I highly recommend Rick & Royal Pest Control. I had my house treated twice for termites before calling Rick. I called him on a Wednesday morning and he was at my house same day within a few hours. Not only did he do a though job treating my property but he took the time to explain the process. He was VERY reasonable and a please to work with. Rick even took the time to come back a second time free of charge to double check and make sure there was no new termite activity.
