Sam was on point he was well knowledgeable and answered all my question as this was my first time calling pest control. He was friendly and offered to help me as much as possible and offered some tips and tricks he was really helpful! Honestly on my next inspection I would like him to come to my home! He was great! Bryan is our tech, he's always over the top professional and kind. He is willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are knowledgeable and informed on what he is doing and what other preventative measures we can take to keep the house pest free. I have used Dustin's for both my houses over the span of the last 5 years and I have never once felt the need to switch services and never once seen a problem with bugs. Great technician thoroughly explained and answered all of my questions. I signed an online contract for service which was emailed to me. Very convenient. This was scheduled to start the same week and they were able to accomidate my requested date. He did a good job, did everything I asked, was friendly and seemed an all around good guy. I would recommend this company for pest control services.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He advised me that I didn't really need the mosquito bucket for the type of mosquitoes I have in my yard and also told me where I could get free mosquito abatement. He saved me $90 plus the $25 a month for maintenance on the bucket. I appreciate the honesty and the savings so much! I highly recommend Dustin's for all of your pest control needs. I will definitely be calling them again.

Alfred was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and professional. He did some extra work on the patio in trying to restore it to its original look before drilling. Sam was great and very thorough with the inspection. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they have a $350 minimum fee for work. I would have gladly paid the estimated $100 to repair the rodent access points. Could have been easy money. Services: Inspection, Rodents

I bought an older home that had been a little neglected with lots of overgrown trees and a pool that attracted large roaches and water bugs. I heard good things about Dustin Pest Control so hired them for pest control maintenance. I also had them reinspect the home for termites after the first inspector said we had subterranean termites. The seller gave us a credit to remedy the issue ourselves after escrow closed. Well, there were no subterranean termites but there were dry rot termites all along one exterior wall that the first company missed. John was very informative and helpful.

Highly recommended! For rats in my attic and garage, they didn't just set out traps or bait (which I was already doing myself), but they found out where they are getting in, and provided a list of exclusion repairs so that the rats can be stopped in their tracks. Dustin also didn't push for them to do the repairs, advising I was free to do the repairs myself or with anyone else, as I wished. Additionally, all of their employees were friendly, and none of them made me feel like an idiot for not noticing the problem sooner.

Cannot say enough great things about my experience with Dustin. From making the appointment to the service, everything was exceptional. John found my problem quickly and gave me a solid solution to the problem that I was able to take care of quickly. Awesome, awesome company.

Had an issue with spiders and other critters so i found Dustin Pest Control scheduled an appointed and they came out right away The tech was Jon He showed up on time and explained everything that he was going to perform and what chemicals he was going to use he was very thorough and professional I will use them on a by monthly bases.

Excellent customer service!! We had a problem with black widows and roaches and Dustin Pest Control came out and sprayed and we haven't seen a cockroach or black widow since. A couple weeks later I found a wasp nest on our house and called and Dustin Pest Control came out and took care of it for no charge. I would highly recommend them!!

Dustin Pest control is the first company I've used that has consistent follow through. I have a rental that had a roach problem. After trying 2 different companies, Dustin got rid of the problem. John is "our tech", he's courteous, listens and does a great job!

A week before my scheduled service I discovered black widow sacks in my home. I immediately called and spoke to Terri for help. She was able to schedule John to serve my home that same day. This is our third pest control provider since we moved here and so glad we did! Dustin Pest control service is exceptional for the following reasons: 1) product works! I picked up over 400 dead roach bodies after the first service after we had been using organic pest control provider 2) staff are professional and friendly. Thorough instructions on prep and after care. Eexplainations on what to expect, how to handle with a toddler and etc.

Definitely knows not to spray on toys like our last provider! 3) supporting staff is knowledgeable and accommodating as well. Not your average thank you for calling please hold kind. Lastly, it is very easy and manage reoccuring services. Highly recommended!
