Brandyn, the owner, is a consummate professional. He immediately responded to a midnight call on a Saturday, and was at our apartment within 12 hours for a newly discovered mouse problem. He was thorough, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing to secure our home. B&D came highly recommended by my brother when we had a major mouse infestation, in our basement. They quickly got right on it, were very professional and helpful, and knew exactly how to handle the mice! We also had them sanitize the soiled area(s), and they even fixed up the insulation in the crawl space, and cleaned the gutters. I definitely recommend these guys if you want to keep pests out!
