Fox pest control serviced my property today and they did a great job. Ben Miller and Dave Paneto were both knowledgeable and polite. They were also hard working and efficient. I feel confident with the service and like that they will come back if I have any further issues between quarterly visits. Alex Perez was our technician today. He could not have been more helpful, polite or conscientious! He understood my desire not to kill mice, but to just attempt to deter them from entering the house. He took special care and attention to find and plug every hole and entryway he could find. He also went into a wooded area of our yard to apply tick prevention as I explained that our grandsons all love to play in the woods. We were extremely pleased with Alex's work!

Prompt response the very next day as promised- technician carefully explored my complaint about possible bees in the ground around my mailbox and discovered a type of wasp- that was relatively harmless- in and around my mailbox. Applied pesticide in and around the mailbox very carefully after removing the two nests he found and then carefully marked off the entire area with "pesticide application" signs for my neighbors. Tech left me a complete note describing what he found and did - an absolutely perfect job!
Sorry I was not home to meet him unfortunately- but my regular Fox tech is also very knowledgeable and diligent and careful. Always informative and helpful and very trustworthy technicians. And these techs are very personable and warm in their interactions with me too. A great company that really knows what they are doing- regardless of the pest!

We have been customers of Fox for several years. They perform the services without fail quarterly and go above and beyond on an as needed basis. They claim that they guarantee pest and insect free homes. I did not believe this initially. They have surpassed this expectation. Anytime we contact them, without complaint, they send a technician who comes out and treats our home.
Not only do they treat our home, but they inspect and are always able to provide us with helpful tips which make me feel comfortable in my home. No one is more phobic about insects and pests than me. This company goes out of their way to make customers feel assured that they will proactively take care of any problem before it arises. From the representatives on the phone to the technicians, they have top notch customer service.

We called them on President's day because we thought we had an unknown animal trapped in our attic. The call taker said that they have a tech in the area the next day who could come by and do a free inspection. The next day I received call from the tech Karl. He gave me an estimate of when he would be there and showed up promptly. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and spent time crawling through our the house.
His findings suggested that there was not a rodent based on no droppings and the ceiling that was compromised had the insulation intact on the attic side. Great response and peace of mind that there is no infestation from a team that did thorough evaluation without any cost to the potential client. We absolutely recommend this firm.
