Seth came to my home to assist with an insect issue, and was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He has the ability to smell what was once there in regards to certain types of insects lol. Had a very over grown yard and needed weeds handled. They where on time and polite. I like that the weed spray doesn't stain your rock green. I find that so tacky and annoying. Lovely tech came out. Explained everything great. I will be using them in the future. I'm very happy.

These people are great! Reliable- they notify you before showing up in case you need to change appt, they are easy to talk to, answer questions, solve special problems, and we never see a bug here. Reasonable and very friendly.

I've had Seth and Jesse out, I think Preston too maybe, all great guys! My sister recommended Crandalls when I found a scorpion in my bathroom and I haven't seen a scorpion since they're first visit. They've also taken care of my rollie pollie problem (something I never thought I'd need help with) along with lovely summer roaches outside- homeownership is fun! Also, I think it's cool that their email receipts include what products they used that day! Thanks for keeping my toddler and puppy safe!

Great company. The technician was very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. He told me what to expect over he next couple of weeks. Very respectful of the home and dealt with crazy puppies! Recommend to anyone looking for service. Plus you don't have to sign a contract.

Crandell is also offering landscaping. I have used them for years to do our pest control so I thought I'd try the landscaping since I don't trust many service companies. The yard was professionally groomed and I believe it helped sell our house quickly! They also did a pre-emergent so I didnt have to worry about the weeds coming back while people were touring our house.

Brandon is a super Bug Guy as we call him. He is professional and explains what he is doing. We have been using Crandall Pest Control since they started business. Would recommend them to anyone.

These guys spray my house at least once a year. I have little kids and scorpions, so it's nice having the peace of mind that my kids aren't going stumble upon one. The guys are all super nice, Scott came out for me this time and was right on time, friendly, and quick. Very much appreciated.

Several years ago when we lived in Queen Creek, we had 4 scorpions in our house within a 3 week period. At that time, we did not have pest control. Within hours, I had called Crandell, and they came out and sprayed... Several years and a move to Mesa, we still have Crandell -- I can't say enough great things about them. They are always super friendly, professional, and do a wonderful job.

Every month, Seth comes by to spray. What makes me so happy is that he never rings the doorbell (super important when you have babies sleeping!) He has many kids of his own and he knows firsthand that ringing the doorbell is a bad bad thing, so he always texts me when he's on his way and quietly finds his way to the front door to let me know he's here.

He has a great personality and chats it up with my kids (who love him). I usually don't write reviews too often, but Crandell deserves a pat on the back for doing such a great job. There are many pest control companies out there but they top the cake.

They are very courteous and answer your questions. Do a thorough job of treating the house and yard. We are on the two month plan and after 5 weeks, we saw a scorpion inside the house. They came the next day and retreated the entry points of the house with no complaints or issues. Great to work with.

Crandall is great! We moved here from California about a year ago. When we arrived to our new home we were greeted with lovely scorpions and cockroaches. Yuck!!! I contacted Crandell and they were out to the house the next day!

I love this company, been doing business with them for years and they are one of the best pest control companies in Arizona. I remember when we had not one, not two but 3 killer bee incidents in our home we built at the base of the Superstition mountains, Crandell pest was not only there fast, but got rid of the problem and cleaned up.

I recently moved into a new home and wanted to set up monthly pest control services with a reputable company. After reading reviews about various pest control companies online I decided to go with Crandell Pest Control and I am happy with my decision. They have been treating my home now for about 6 months. I also had a bee issue in one of my backyard wall pillars.

The wall company didn't properly seal the pillar and bees started a massive hive. Crandell Pest Control came out and eliminated my bee problem, plus they sealed up the pillar so that this will not happen again.
Pricing is very reasonable and I haven't seen one scorpion since starting service with them. They also make sure to clean any cobwebs that might gather around outside lights which keeps the outside of my home looking pristine. I have recommended them to several people in my neighborhood.
