Always wonderful service from City wide. Nicolette introduced herself today and performed our mosquito treatment. We have an outside project going on which it is muddy in certain spots, she literally took her shoes off to go into our backyard which has asto turf and travertine so she wouldn't track mud onto it. I reached out to City Wide Exterminating as I needed a WDIR for a home refi. They were properly responsive and friendly over the phone in my follow-ups. To top it all off, when Simon showed up, he was respectful (wearing mask without being prompted), did all the right things when entering & inside my home, and communicative (but not overly so) being clear with what he needed to do.

We contracted with City Wide Exterminating in Locust NC when we retired and relocated from NY. Jason is our technician and he is the best! Very thorough and knowledgeable! I called city wide because I thought I had bed bugs. Turns out I had poison ivy. Dylan came when he said he would. He performed a thorough and professional inspection. Even though he didn't find any bed bugs he left me some traps and told me. How to use them. Also, the inspection is good for 30 days. I would use City Wide Exterminating again.

Citywide is an excellent exterminating and wildlife company. I have worked with Robert for over 20 years, and then Chris & Dylan (& excellent office team) since Robert expanded. I am thrilled that this company has succession with equally as honest, good-hearted people as Robert. This company is of the highest integrity: they explain, are honest, do not make promises they cannot keep (especially related to wildlife, bugs - they are nature's creature, we cannot control everything that happens related to nature!). I refer friends and give Citywide the highest recommendation.

Would advise to give customers written agreement prior to service. Do not ask customers to sign an agreement electronically without providing a hard copy in advance. Ideally, it should be sent via email prior to service. When requesting that my husband see a copy first, this made it a pretty cumbersome process. The tech who serviced us also made a comment that sometimes customers have too high expectations and call everytime they see a bug.

He referenced one tech who was "dealing with a difficult customer." My understanding was that they would come out if there were bugs between contracted quarterly services no questions asked. Hearing a tech talk behind other customer's backs was concerning to us. Unlike other companies our family and extended family has used in the past (particularly Ivey who has done a fantastic job for them!) in the Charlotte area, City Wide only treats "critical areas." Our expectations from prior successful exterminating experiences involved full baseboard sprays inside.

The supervisor who called to address our concerns made one comment that was very innappropriate: questioning WHY we would ask about their cancellation policy. Because as a consumer, we have that right and any informed consumer should inquire of contract details at ANY company. We chose City Wide due to their presence in our community, but their practices and policies did not meet our expectations.

We do appreciate that a supervisor reached out to explain their reasoning, but City Wide's overall policies and procedures didn't match what we anticipated. Do your homework and ask for contract details with ANY company. City Wide does draft monthly, but fine print indicates it is a 12 month commitment, with a 50% penalty for early cancellation.

We rarely do business with any company that requires an annual contract and monthly draft. Always a red flag for business practices. The company our other family members use are billed quarterly, which is what we will seek out in the future. Will be switching to Ivey per several high recommendations from friends and family.

I absoLUTEly recommend City Wide Exterminating for folks who want to prevent the creepy crawlies from taking over their homes and getting into their business. From Sandy at reception to Jason coming out to the house, this was a dream job from start to finish. Sandy was incredibly personable and fun, and Jason was efficient and knowledgeable. The service was surprisingly reasonable, and so far, very effective. For a great deal and outstanding service, I recommend City Wide Exterminating, 100%.

Dear Dylan, Yes you did called and followed up, but no discount was offered. You still offered the same 399 they offered me during the visit. Our disagreement during the visit was that he wasn't great at calculating the rate. I calculated it 3 times to explain the total wasn't adding up. We eventually got it right after calling the company.

Plus the service that was offered om the phone was contradicted in person. At that point i choose not to add the monthly plan. During your call you did explain his miscommunication but at that point i had already lost faith. Thanks for following!

I know I have the cleanest house. I would never have thought to see German roaches in my home. It was disgusting. I got several estimates from pest control companies. I decided to use City Wide exterminating company. They are knowledgeable about the cycle of roaches and I was so thankful to be educated on how they multiply and what to do to prevent them. I used them as a result of calling 5 of the highest rated pest control companies on Angie's List. City Wide had the pest price on a single inside and outside spraying with no contract. We had a wide variety of bugs popping in from time to time and after the treatment the only bugs we have seen have been dead! The tech was very knowledgeable and professional.

I had no problem letting this guy in my house and around my family. I also had him do a mosquito yard treatment while he was here. I will probably continue using them for the rest of the summer because my kids loved not being mosquito dinner. I will use them again for pest control if I see anymore creepy crawlers.

Citywide has been our exterminator for several years now. They are professionals in every way. Occasionally we have problems with ants and moths and they always take care of any problems we have quickly and effectively. They really do care and they are also just plain nice folks to deal with. They also have a great and reasonably priced scheduled treatment program for your home or business.
