Tyler has been out to my home several times for mouse treatments. He's always on time and polite and because I am hard of hearing he texts me when he arrives, texts me exactly what he has done and where he has treated and texts me when he leaves. I was dealing with bedbugs for over a year now and everything I tried just did not work. I called Prodigy and Sabrina was very informative. She listened to my problem, had me text her pictures and gave me options instead of just trying to take all of money. I decided to do the heat treatment, it was a little more pricey but definetely worth it. They were able to come out right away and I can honestly say I see a huge difference in just the first 4 days. I have not found one bed bug! Also, I did my research and they have the most reasonable price in Philly. Thank you SO much Prodigy!

I could not recommend Prodigy Pest Solutions more. They are wonderful! They do a great job and are always incredibly responsive to any questions or problems we have. They are always on time, wear booties in your house, always have their masks on, and are very friendly! The office staff is accommodating with appointment times and always provide reminders for quarterly services. By far one of the easiest and most professional vendors I've ever dealt with.

Matt came out and did the termite inspection on my Mom's house that was needed for her re-finance and was on time and efficient. I would definitely recommend them and use them for additional services.

Grade A service was able to get a quote the same day I called. Sabrina was always quick to reply and was willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. The technicians arrived promptly the morning of and were very courteous and professional. Informed me that my drop ceiling panels may fall due to the fans which I appreciated the heads up. Definitely would recommend their services!

I had been noticing what seemed like hundreds of giant black flies around my house and they appeared to be coming from my basement. I messaged Prodigy using Yelp and heard from the owner Matt right away. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgable, and offered to come out the next morning to do a complimentary inspection. He explained that once they took a look around, they would quote me if they were able to help, and would do the job on the spot.

I received a call from Sabrina to confirm that Quincy would be coming out at 7am the next morning, and explained she would invoice me if there were any chargers. Sabrina was incredibly sweet and helpful, and was able to explain the process to me and answer all of my questions.

Quincy arrived on time the next morning and was very professional. He looked around my home and in my basement, and was able to confirm the presence of many, many cluster flies coming from my basement.

He was able to spray down my entire basement, which he said would kill any living flies and hopefully any remaining eggs. He was efficient and thorough, yet it only took him about 30 min. He said he would check in Monday and come back out if I noticed any more activity. That same afternoon Sabrina called to check in and see how it went. She reiterated that they would check in after the weekend and come back out if I had any more issues.

It has only been about 24 hrs, and all the flies are gone. I was able to go into my basement and did not see a single living bug. Fingers crossed it stays that way, and I am so thankful for the wonderful staff at Prodigy. Thanks guys!

Prodigy is a top of the line company to work with. We were called back within minutes and Sabrina was helpful and very honest. We sent her picture messages of what we thought were bed bug casings (which we thought we brought back from a vacation hotel). She quickly reassured us that they were carpet beetle casings. She gave us a few easy tips on what to do with our belongings (high heat in the dryer and vacuum). Sabrina also said we coukd buy a few products that would be eaay to detect any bed bugs. She was very honest in telling us she wasn't trying to sell us a service that wasn't necessary. My husband and I really appreciated her honesty and information.

As a property manager, I love working with Sabrina at Prodigy. I love being able to text her for service and always getting a friendly response. I love that my tenants always report they are friendly and courtesy when on site. Pest control is definitely a service where you get what you pay for and Prodigy delivers for me and my rental properties every time.

From my first conversation with Sabrina, I already knew that I was in good hands. She really took the time to hear about my situation and answered all of my questions. She scheduled Matt to come over the next day to inspect. Unfortunately, my fears of bed bugs were true but Matt was so comforting and reassured me that he would take care of our problem.

We scheduled the treatment a few days later (on NYE!) and Sabrina fielded many questions via text about how to prep the house, never seeming bothered. On the day of treatment Matt was amazing, once again reassuring me that it was going to be ok. I would like to say how awesome of an experience I had with Prodigy pest control from the moment I called them in a panic about my bed bug situation. Sabrina answered every single one of my questions and calmed me down with just her way of explaining and understanding how my nightmare could be resolved and I could get my life back to normal. She was willing to help in any way she could and even offered me to call her back with any questions that I may have later.

Her husband Matt was extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. Him and his associate even went out of their way to put my blinds back up for me. He kept me informed and even sent me pictures while they treated for updates.
