Although pest services is not something that you want to need, it was great to find Imperial. Everyone from Melissa in the office, to Chris the tech who came out and treated our house were very knowledgeable and professional as well as very customer service oriented. Customer service is a lost art form in today's world. It is very refreshing to find a local company that still believes that customer service is key. We will be using imperial for all our needs going forward as well as referring others to Imperial.

They are very thorough. Any issue I have had with insects or rodents in the attic, has been dealt with quickly and successfully. The technicians who have visited have always been very friendly and able to answer all my questions. Also, the phone receptionist is great and seems like a very nice person. Set up pest control with them. Originally I picked the 1 to 5 window. he the. Called and said 12 to 2. Then a few hours before said it would be 12 and asked if that was okay. I said yes I have an appointment at 1030 but I should be able to make it home. I rushed home and started to pack up my animals to leave the house and at 12 it started raining so I called the man who called me twice with no answer: then at 1230 I called the office and was asked if I could be put on hold by Melissa.
Before I could even respond she put me on hold. I was in hold for 5 minutes before I hung up. Then I called back a few minutes later and she did the same thing again. When she came back in the phone I started to explain the situation when she abruptly and very rudely cut me off and asked me my address. I asked her if I could finish with my question before she interrupts and she rudely says yep go ahead like she was annoyed so I just told her to cancel. I will not deal with a company that wastes my time and doesn't have common communication skills.

Only so much I can say about this company as a whole within limited wording. Great staff and people to be around, we're always on top of our game here at Imperial! From the owner, to the new technicians we are all hard working, friendly and out going people! Not to mention all the awesome opportunities I've come across! I own a full service real estate brokerage and have been using this company for years. They go above and beyond in all aspects of their business (customer service, pest treatment, answers any questions we have, etc.). This team understands the importance of treating their clients extremely well. They always have time to answer our questions, treat our properties, and attend inspections. They don't price gauge and they show up when they say they will!

I chose this company after reading their responses to customer reviews. The owner provides reasonable, professional, and well-thought responses regardless of the rating. The technician who came to the house was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. My only complaint is the additional cost to treat the attic wasn't addressed until the technician was here.
All things considered it's not that big a deal and I paid to have it done. Before the attic was treated the technician advised me to turn off the dehumidifier I have located there to avoid any possible damage which I really appreciate. When he was done I was advised to give it a week and if we still had problems he'd return at no extra cost. Within four days our insect problem was gone.

We were looking for a new pest control company to take care of our quarterly services, because the company we were with kept raising their prices. After calling several companies, we decided to go with Imperial because Rachel was so nice on the phone, & quoted us a great price. The tech always calls ahead of time with an ETA, confirms the type of services that needs to be done, & asks if there's any other issues he needs to take care of while he's there. I definitely recommend Imperial for any pest control issues you may be having!

I have use Imperial pest service for now going on three years. My first call to them was due to flea infestation inside my home. They responded immediately, gave me a fair price and the fleas were gone on their first treatment. They worked with me on my schedule, call me ahead of day of service. I am a happy customer. We recently used Imperial Pest Prevention to provide a termite inspection and protection on our new home and I cannot recommend them enough! I have been especially impressed with the wonderfully helpful ladies who run the office (I worked with Rachael and Melissa). They were both incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions, and just generally super pleasant to work with.
I was also very pleased with how quickly we were able to schedule our inspection and how thorough the report was. I would definitely recommend their services and am looking forward to using them for all of our pest needs going forward!

Imperial Pest Prevention provides exceptional customer service! My wife and I hired them the other day for the yearly pest control special at our new Smyrna Beach home. They treated and did a great job for us. Today when I got home from work I though we had a million ants all over so I called them in a frantic. The office immediately sent a man out to treat. It was subterranean termites and they swarmed all over the house. The guy Jon that came out did an exceptional job explaining everything, educated me far beyond my belief, calmed me down quite, and had one of his treatment guys out with a couple of hours. Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service! I personally would recommend imperial pest prevention for anyone needing pest control or termite treatment services.

The mosquitos in our yard were horrible this spring, and being pregnant and fearing zika (along with just hating mosquito bites in general) we knew we needed to find a solution. I discovered Imperial pest prevention from a parenting site that I follow on Facebook. We had a bad ant problem and they had a pest control special for $175 for the year so my husband and I decided to give it a try. So far everything has been great! We purposely waited at least two weeks before posting the review because of the fact we wanted to make sure everything was going to go smoothly.
All in all after about 1 week into the treatment we literally have not noticed any ants in the home at all anymore. It truly has been a blessing because it was a nightmare living with them. I truly wish that I would have picked up the phone and called sooner!

I cannot thank the staff enough at Imperial pest prevention, we had a horrible horrific termite swarm today. We had nobody that would answer their phone due to the fact that it was a Sunday, and Imperial pest prevention was the only company that answered the phone and actually sent a man out to talk with us and help us. The technician sprayed our house to keep everything at Bay and under control until they could get out tomorrow morning to finish up the remainder of the job. I cannot express enough gratitude for customer service of this level. They will have a customer for life!

My wife and I hired imperial pest prevention today for a rodent problem that we have been having for our winter home in Ormond Beach. We arrived a few weeks ago and heard noises in the attic and thought it may have just been wind but not being sure we called a few companies to see. Imperia Il pest prevention was the only company whos guy actually went in the Attic and crawlspace and looked at our house.
The company Dave's and the certified pest control company just filled out quotes and left. Me and my wife knew right away who we needed to go with. The pricing was all about the same but we would have paid double for the service with just the time spent to explain things and the level of customer service.

My husband and I used imperial pest prevention today for a horrible German roach infestation at my mother in laws mobile home in Ormond Beach. They came recommend from our neighbor. We looked online and they had good reviews so we decided to give them a try. Also it was Saturday and not many companies would accompany us today. When they arrived we took my husband's mom out per the recommendation for the day so they could treat aggressively.
We just brought her home and I can not believe the amount of dead roaches all over the place. It has to be one of the craziest things I have seen. We decided to let her stay with us tonight because it is going to need a super cleaning before she can stay back at her house plus it smells strong. The only thing I can say is the service they provided absolutely without a doubt works.

Called this company after not getting what our contract was paying for using Orkin for several years. Orkin seemed fine until we began having issues with "crazy ants" in our home. After several phone calls and messages, no one ever came to our residence nor returned calls once we actually had a problem. I called Imperial and they scheduled to be out within a day.
The first treatment did not completely fix the issue but called them to come back out. They did so, free of charge and the same day. I was very impressed with them!! Will continue to use them.

Imperial pest prevention is by far the best pest control company we have had to date, and we have been through quite a few. We love the friendly staff, knowledgeable techs and the fact that what they use works. We rarely see and bugs and when we do they are always dead. The couple of times we did call them out they always came promptly and provided good service.

Local company that knows the areas issues, quality work, very responsive when needed in between treatments, friendly staff, cheaper than Massey. My townhouse is about $200 per year. I've had them out for 2 or 3 instances where outside conditions pushed pests inside. Imperial came out and handled with minimal interruption to my life.
