They came 10 yrs ago to take care of termite damage that had happened in the past and to make sure there was nothing currently going on, before and after the house was bought, and I called them 10 yrs later and they were like yeah we wil come do an inspection every year for free. The person (Joe Buckley) that showed up today was friendly, congenial and very helpful in providing ideas that would help with the Silverfish and cubbard moths of all things, and ants.
I had never had a Silverfish or moth outbreak before, but he said that was nothing to worry about and what would help. If there are any issues or concerns that there could be issues in the furure, I would not hesitate to call Sure Shot back and specifically to ask for Joe.

Matthew is the gentleman that has come out each time I have had service. He is always very professional, on time and is very knowledgeable about the exterminating business. We called sure shot to take care of ants in and outside our house. After their service, no more ants and mosquitoes in our yard are gone too. The big thing is recommend is getting your entire yard sprayed vs just the perimeter. It's a little more expensive but I think that helped us out quite a bit. The prices were very reasonable. Matthew did the service and was very professional, friendly and did a great job. I definitely recommend.
