Used the service, good and on time. However, they advised me they were gonna check up on the pigeon infestation I was facing to make sure their service got rid of the problem and possibly looking for other alternatives if problem persisted. I signed up for services about 2-months ago with a very nice, knowledgeable professional tech by the name of David. I called back about a quote he gave me & they said they couldn't honor it, he no longer is with the company. Too bad, I liked his enthusiasm and he set down the boxes for the problem. I haven't seen anymore, so far, of the rodents in my back yard.
The most recent service was by another tech, he was professional & efficient. They said he gave a extermination spray, but I don't know, I didn't see that & I didn't expect it because my extermination svc was not till the following week. I guess since he was already here, they decided to go ahead. At least that's what u was told after I inquired about the double charge.
Other than their lack of clear communication, they're pretty good. Moving forward, they're not bad. I'm just wondering now, if anyone ever check the rodent traps & dispose of the contents (if any). I haven't seen anymore rodents running along the back yard, so far.

Fortified took over from Pro-Tech Pest Services, keeping their excellent serviceman, Allen. I've had them service my home for over 15 years. We have them come out originally because of rats in our attic. They did a great job setting poison traps and explained the whole situation very well. We have them come out every other month and spray and also rebate the rat traps. Extremely happy with them. Services: Rodent extermination, Spider extermination, Bug & insect extermination

Tech was in a hurry and not very helpful. Left a lot of spray in the open, where someone could've stepped all in it. Just wasn't a very good experience, when I asked what additional services were offered, he said call the office. Never called back for any additional service. Service: Ant extermination

We had fortified come out for a pigeon problem under our solar. I think we had 24 nests! The pigeons did come back. They came out a second time and gave me some options. I chose to give it some time. They had been nesting for three years. The little buggers left and haven't come back. It's been 2 years. Woohoo. Thanks Fortified.

I had what I consider a pretty significant pigeon problem. Fortified came out and installed the deterrent barriers required to discourage them from making my property their home.; did not upswell me with more material than I needed for the task. They were clean and respectful of the home. They powerwashed the area and removed all of the droppings. Brian came back out to inspect how things were going and within a few weeks they were gone! It wasn't cheap but I definitely paid less than I had invisioned. I would definitely use them again!

Excellent customer service and thorough inspection. I'm thankful I found this company. I got 3 quotes on a rodent problem at my house. Out of all the pros that showed up, Fortified sent David, who actually took his time, and he looked behind all the appliances to see how bad the situation was. pretty gross unfortunately. There was no hard sell, and no fear baiting about purchasing their service.
He and the office staff were patient with me and worked with me on options. Based on other quotes, I would say the price is fair but their service and how they treated me, was the best. Thankfully the rodent is now gone.

Fortified Pest Management installed pigeon wire around my solar panels to prevent pigeons from nesting underneath my solar panels. They did an awesome job. They also spray for bugs and I have not see any bugs after they started spraying my house. They do a great job and you can depend on them to do the job right the first time. This leaves a lot of hassle since you do not need to do any call backs to fix the problem.

David is very professional! Came on time to inspect my roof which needed pigeon guards for the solar panels, price very reasonable. Love Fortified Pest they are absolutely awesome. Friendly and I have gotten so many tips from my pest guy and my dog loves him like he’s the 3rd owner.
