Incredibly unprofessional! My father's apartment needed several treatments and after I was rudely told to make sure that I had my father out of his room on time, his equally rude son showed up an hour late with no phone call. My dad was 93. Being out of his room for an extended period of time was hard enough but to add an additional hour was beyond unprofessional.

The absolute breaking point was after the final treatment which was the "heat treatment" (because the previous 6 treatments didn't work) I walked in to find that they 'prison tossed' my father's room and left it like that. They broke a lamp and pictures off the wall. Drawers flung open and contents broken. They threw, not moved, items everywhere.

If you would like the video, I'm happy to provide it. Before you reply with your pathetic excuses, allow me to presumptively rebut: 1. You were hired through the facility where my father lives. You will not find either of our names on your list. 2. This vandalism took place while my father was in rehab after a trip to the hospital and then placed in quarantine due to the infestation that you were unable to control. 3.

The Covid quarantine further prohibited me from entering the complex to move or open anything you may have needed. 4. The facility had no idea that you destroyed my father's room to this level simply because no one would expect this level of unprofessionalism. I walked in to this on the day I went to empty his room after he passed away. Thank you for that! 5. And don't get me started on the dog. Walked this wonder dog right past live bugs with no alert to them. If you were a decent person, you should be ashamed.

AGAD was professional, friendly & efficient! We found a bed bug crawling across our daughter's mattress about a week after she mentioned having 3 itchy bites one morning. I cried! I loved that we were able to find a local business & everything was taken care of right away. The woman I spoke with at the office was extremely kind & had Cliff call us later that day. Cliff, the owner, confirmed it was in fact a bed bug, but was luckily an adult male bug.

He said everything looked good, but for sanity's sake, we went ahead with treatment. He was incredibly thorough & gave us all peace of mind which is priceless in these types of unsettling situations! Cliff was here through all 3 treatments. He explained everything he was doing throughout it all. Owner and son are complete jerks and quite incompetent. Owners son backed up into my PARKED car, in front of the police station. Immediately comes off hostile yelling at me, when in fact, his son didn't look before backing up. Rudest person I've ever met, and cheap as could be. I ended up paying for the damages HIS SON caused. Would never in a million years recommend this "man"

Cliff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! We had a string of various guests staying at our cabin, and my wife spotted what we thought was a bed bug as we were changing sheets on the bed, after having a number of family members over the 4th of July. We went into panic mode, but Cliff was super helpful in reviewing the pictures we sent him and working with his entomologist friend at the American Natural History Museum in New York.

We hired a local exterminator to look complete an inspection (we were too far away for Cliff's business), and he found that we actually had what is called a bat bug, that had come from our attic. Cliff was very helpful in providing us guidance for the right treatment, and we are so grateful for his help and his time! We highly recommend them!

Outstanding Service. The name speaks for itself! I had Cliff over today and within 30 minutes of him leaving I observed multiple spiders and other assorted non invited guests drop around the perimeter of my home dead! I never had these type of results and a bug free home using ANY of the other service providers. All I ever heard about was drilling holes in my walls and trim.

I Highly Recommend Cliff and his crew for your pest issues within your home. I never write reviews however this one definitely needed to be written. Don't waste your time with other companies! Coming from a consumer who has tried the rest.

Found a few bugs in our sofa bed while doing some routine cleaning. Cliff was very responsive; reviewed our photo where he confirmed (luckily) that the critters were not bed bugs; investigated the likely culprit and provided some suggestions on how to handle. All without a charge. I hope I never have to deal with bed bugs - but if I do have to deal with them, I would want a professional like Cliff on my side!

Called them. Very responsive. Called back in 1/2 hour. Thought I had a bad problem. They we're very knowledgeable, very responsive and very honest. Could have easily charged me for a treatment I did not need. Evaluated the problem, took 1visit and cured it. I would highly recommend them!

We had a mice problem. The owner Cliff came over and identified their entry point immediately. Sealed off the entry point. Set bait traps where they were at. And now we no longer have a mice problem. Reasonable pricing and quality service. Can't beat it.

I thought we might have a bedbug problem from some used clothing I had brought into the house. I called an exterminator who recommended Cliff at AGAD for a bedbug inspection/remediation. Cliff was efficient, courteous, thorough, and prompt. First, he told me how to check for fleas because he thought they might be the problem. If fleas were present we wouldn't need him.

No fleas. On the day of the appointment he called to let me know he would be half an hour late. He arrived in an "unmarked car" so the neighbors wouldn't start talking. He has a small dog that is trained to sniff out bedbugs. (I looked it up and found that trained dogs are much more accurate than human inspection.) He turned off any sources of extraneous noise and asked us to wait in the basement while he and his dog checked out the main floor.

He opened drawers and containers a little so the dog could check them but asked permission before he opened our dresser drawers. Then we reversed and he checked the basement. I could hear him directing and complimenting his dog. The dog was very well behaved (our dog was at a neighbor's house). Afterward he told us his dog found no evidence of bedbugs. We discussed the results and next steps. I would highly recommend AGAD.

Definitely use him if you're even mildly concerned you might have those monster bed bugs!

I called AGAD in hopes of using their bed bug dog (NYX) to ease my mind on the possibility of having bed bugs. Found one crawling on me during the weekend at a store I was at. Due to having bed bugs in the past, I decided to give AGAD a call that Monday to see if I could get an inspection done. The were prompt and friendly and were able to get out to me in a couple of days. Cliff, the dog handler, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and determined to help one out.

My place was free of bed bugs, and he placed a test bug in the apt. to show us that Nyx was indeed working. With my mind at ease and knowing we are bed bug free, the low cost of inspection was well worth my sanity. Thanks again Cliff and Nyx and will recommend yourself and company to any future inquires that come my way.

I called when i noticed I had a yellow jacket infestation. I have a dog and 2 small children and the pests were getting into my home so I needed something done quick. I posted on facebook asking for reccomendations on exterminators and was given AGADs information. The women who answered the phone when I called was beyond amazing! She got all of my information and was very personable.

She said she cliff was done for the day but that he would give me a call to discuss everything either tonight or first thing tomorrow. Given it was the end of the day (google says they close at 5 and i called arouns 445) I figured I wouldnt get a call until the next day... but he called within 30 minutes! He then said he could come out tonight or tomorrow, and was at my home within the hour!!

He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Over all outstanding service from start to finish on the customer service aspect. Now just waiting for the results of the service which I have no doubt I'll be just as pleased. Thank you AGAD!! As i told the receptionist and cliff, you guys are amazing and I appreciate the amazing service! Will definently reccomend and use again for any future needs (fingers crossed i wont have any other issues for a while though)
