Majestic Pest Control is the company that my in-laws use for their pest control. My husband and I moved into a new home in mid-December of 2021, and within the first week, we found cockroaches in our living room. We figured that we brought it in maybe from our storage unit, but we weren't going to take any chances. Our in-laws told us to call Majestic Pest Control right away, and we did.
The office lady was on the phones on the front end, and she was such a gem! She was sweet, helpful, and so kind with all of my questions (and there were many)! She got me scheduled for a few days later. Our new exterminator is out here in our area, and he is absolutely amazing! He is so wonderful with our dog and takes the time to love on her every time he comes out.
He is knowledgeable and super kind! He let me know the first time he came out that I could text him if I had any concerns and spot treatments could be done for no charge. I cannot recommend Majestic Pest Control enough! The price matches up to those other companies around the Long Island. I'd pay if it was more anyway because they are so friendly and professional!

Used Majestic in Long Island for general pest control, and it was very effective from the first treatment. The scheduling and inspection was easy and they showed up on time. I also used them for rodent removal, and the exterminator was really cool, he treated our house like his own. Gave us a very thorough pass through and a lot of tips for keeping the the rodents away. Will use them again for sure. Their quotes were also very reasonable and much cheaper than other big providers.

My experience with this company was excellent, after searching for an exterminator service many were to pricey or had no knowledge about how to eradicate my problem. I have been a customer of Majestic Pest Control for over 2 years. The reason I love them is because of their honesty and focus on the customer's needs. Case in point, I called about having a specific job done but I didn't know if they could actually do it. The exterminator drove an hour to come and listen to what I needed. Tony and his team are the best! I called the company and he got back to me right away. I've used Majestic for a couple of years now and could not be happier with their service. I went through a number of pest control "experts" from the big companies to smaller ones and the results always left much to be desired. Since I started using Majestic, I've seen a huge difference versus other companies I've used in the past. They know the layout of my store and know where to focus on, giving special attention, while also making sure to cover the rest as well. Communication is also fantastic as they always reach out after a service to see how things are.
