I highly recommend this company. They were friendly, responsive, and thorough. We were getting mice in our kitchen every night. Our tech explained everything he was doing, filled many gaps in our very old house's basement, and did even more two weeks later during the free follow up visit. They started with a consultation in which they inspect the house and explain their recommendations.

What I loved is that they were so flexible with me. I am moving (we rent) and they arranged only the services I needed set up arrangements for the landlord if he wants to follow up. The best part is that it worked! No more mice inside. When the tech came two weeks after he put the bait around the house he could see they ate it and replaced what was eaten.

The bait dehydrates the mice and they go outside for water and then die in about 45 minutes. I thought they were coming in due to the weather change and I had been catching them in a humane trap and releasing them in a nearby field but the droppings and eating food led me to a different solution. This company is also very competitive price-wise. I looked at several and they are similar or cheaper with better customer service.

There was a nest of wasps under the eaves of our house which was successfully disposed of by a technician from this company. We also signed up for quarterly services for spraying for insects around the foundation of our house. We have had problems with ants and grasshoppers in the past but not this year! The inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained why their company used the different methods & products and seemed to really know what he was talking about. And they were able to schedule me in very quickly.

Environmental Pest Control called ahead and showed up promptly at the scheduled time. The technician, Joe, spent a considerable amount of time inspecting the property. Environmental pest control is great! They do well with communication, very patient with questions, and very fair regarding cost. They do a thorough job and do very well in general!

Environmental Pest Control has a reasonably priced program to control ants inside and outside the property. They included a rat trap for free with the program. It is very easy to schedule visits of their technicians to do additional treatments apart from the scheduled quarterly visits.
