Ryan did an excellent job and explained everything that he found and what he did to destroy the nests. He had video of the nest as well and was able to show me how extensive it was. Service was more than I expected and was done on time. Also I was able to schedule it within a day and a half of calling for an appt. I would definitely use this service again if needed.

Our tech, Ryan, was on time, professional and did an exceptional job for us. We would like to respectfully suggest to Fox Pest Control to provide this young man (and any others) with a protective bee suit. He had to really hustle to get away from the huge hive he was working on. He is an excellent worker and so professional.if he doesn't have a bee suite. PLEASE PROVIDE HIM WITH ONE FOR HIS OWN SAFETY! I started my contract last fall. Stink bugs were my main concern. The technicians are always on time and the company calls ahead and also same day notifications, which I appreciate. Recently, I called about ants, around the front walkway and on my back deck. And a week later they were here handling the ants. Also treated my 2nd story bedroom for the few that show up there.
Haven't seen a single one since. I was skeptical at first because the contract seemed too good to be true; but every experience I've had has been positive and exactly what was outlined. Ants, spiders, stink bugs, ticks, mice, etc. All gone. Exceeded my expectations for sure. Would recommend 100%.

Today was our first service with Fox. Katie was amazing. She was thorough. She explained everything she did and she was so knowledgeable about pests and their traits. As we could not be at the house when the technician could schedule a time to come, TJ, the technician called to let me know he was there and treating the exterior of the house. He explained clearly everything he was doing. He called again when he was finished and explained what we could expect as far as reducing the wood bee population. I appreciated the curtesy calls and the information.

Fox Pest Control was recommended to us by a friend. We signed up for the annual plan - they come by our property as often as we need. Last summer, we had to call them at least 6 times for indoor and outdoor wasp and yellow jacket nests that kept emerging. Communication with Fox is super simple and they send someone over pretty quickly. Thus far, we've only had to call them once this year. We're happy overall.

Scott and everyone else at Fox provide superior customer service. Everything was explained from the moment I contacted the Company through the completion of the work. Scott saw what needed to be done to address our wasp problem and then devised a great plan to fix it. Result? No more wasps! In short, Scott is a great asset to the Fox team.

Fox responded and were there the next day. They explained what they were doing and what we could expect. We have no signs of mice since the first day when we found 4 little critters in a hallway. It's been a month and Fox came back on a return call during which they checked what they had done for mice, and sprayed for ants and crickets. No sign of them either. What they did was safe for cats and dog and had no odor. Great job!
