Killian has been very good to us. They are always professional and courteous. We had a rat problem in attic randomly (coming down from our back neighbor's palm tree) and Killian closed all the entry points and got rid of the rats we had in attic, and haven't had a problem since. Services:Rodent extermination, Spider extermination, General pest inspection, Cockroach extermination, Bug & insect extermination

I can't say enough about the service KPC provides. They have been providing their great services to us at my office, I recently purchased a new home, and it only made sense to utilize the services here as well. GETTING RID OF TERMITES equals big bucks! We interviewed the top five/six termite control companies in Bako. The PRICES varied from $3,999 with $489 a year warranty down to $2,200 with $375.00 for an annual warranty. Some companies wanted to heat the attic to 500 degrees, drill holes all along the eves and into the ground. Some wanted to set bait traps all around the yard.
Every company seemed to have a different idea on getting rid of the problem SO I asked around and heard about Killian, a local family-owned business. When Brian came out he found interior damage the other five inspectors did not. Clear, specific itemized billing, the work was done in one day, friendly professional crew. All my questions were answered in a way I could understand. I was told what chemicals were used, how much was being used and why. Don't hesitate to contact Killian if you see termites!

I've been using this company for years. My tech always texts me when he's heading over, which is super helpful. I also get a call a few days before to remind me that they will be coming. We had bad issues with ants, cockroaches and earwigs in our food & cabinets. It's a bi-monthly bill that I don't mind paying!

We have used Killians for over 20 years. We have always been happy with everyone at Killians. We have a bi-monthly plan and very rarely do we have to request for them to come out before the next scheduled appointment, but when we do they are very prompt to show up. Their techs are always very thorough and professional and the office is always pleasant to speak with. We recommend Killians to anyone that asks who we have for pest control services.

We just had Killian Pest Control come on Monday to spray for mosquitoes and we were able to play outside last night without anyone getting bit! We haven't been able to do that in 3 years because the mosquitoes have been so bad! It feels like we finally have our Bakersfield summer nights back! I highly recommend this mosquito service!

We have used Killian pest control since 2007, in our first home with in the wall tubes, to our new home that we moved into in 2021. They have been great. Very knowledgeable and professional, and accommodating. I like to be home when they spray the property, so they can also spray and kill any pests trying to hide out inside. I hate spiders and ants. Killian makes me feel safe.
It's like, if I see a spider walking around in my house, I warn him. "My guys are coming for you, dude. Get out while you can, because Killian is coming on Friday for your whole crew."
