Essential Pest Management

This is by far the best pest management company that I have found serving the city of Albuquerque. I'm glad it was Chase who came to my house. Chase provides exceptional services to homeowners. I have been having a problem with mice and black widows, both indoor and outdoors. I have been having restless nights hearing mice through the walls.

They offered me their professional expertise and offered me the best choice to deal with this situation. They went inside and outside of my house. They offer affordable services that won't cost you a limb, compared to other companies that do half of the requested job. They went above and beyond, and I'm glad to have spent my money with them.

You can sign up for every other month, 4 times a year, or one-time service. The more regular you are, the more discount they give you. I would say I highly recommend this company to any homeowners. Thank you for your services!

We are really pleased with the work Chase did yesterday. He was very personable, communicated well and apparently did an excellent job. Very few dead (and no live) roaches inside the house, but the front porch was covered by dead ones (a good sign!). I didn't see Chase spread the gel but was glad to read that it was applied to under the window in the bedroom, which is a potential problem spot that I pointed out to Chase. We're feeling much more confident that the bugs will stay outside since you were here. Thanks!

Their technician, Eric, showed up on time and was professional. He got right to work on the ants. Its been a couple weeks and the ant hills are completely gone. This is a good company and Eric did good, quick work. Services Ant extermination

Revised 2/2/21 - Chase is awesome. He is always on time, sends me a text reminder to confirm, and remembers the details of what I want done. He's respectful and the service is great. I never have any bug issues and he is careful with our pets. Super happy with Chase and the team at Essential Pest Management. I wouldn't use anyone else. Spoke with owner Pat and he kindly listened to my issues with ants in my home. Apparently ants are the hardest to get rid of but they will be back out to re treat this week. Love supporting local!

He thoroughly explained the treatment and what to expect in the upcoming days after our house was treated. Chase was super nice. He was really considerate of the whole social distancing thing especially since we have a new baby in the house. I've used you guys multiple times and I've always liked the service. You all are fantastic.

I first used Essential pest about 8 months ago as a one time service, their customer service was amazing. So much so as I wanted to have my hpuse sprayers the seasons had changed that I went through old bank statements to find the company I used. I now have set up a plan for them to just come out. Chase is efficient, friendly, and prompt. He even takes the time ro explain things as he goes along.

I am very glad that I found Essential Pest Management online. They were affordable, showed up on time, listened to all of my bug problems, and sprayed very thoroughly. I have not seen any pests since they treated the house. Also, they were very considerate of my cats.

I met with Pat(Owner) two weeks ago and asked him to give me a quote for my commercial building and three residential homes. He promptly presented me with a written quote and a recommended maintenance program. I agreed and gave Pat phone number of the three residential homes for him to call and schedule. Within one week, Pat had completed all properties. Billing was processed electronically and accurate.

Patrick was very professional and provided excellent service to help us get rid of our pest problem. I would recommend this company for all your pest control needs.
