I had mice in my house and the company that did my pest control put traps with glue and pheromones. The result wasnt satisfactory. Couple of mice got trapped and a couple escaped leaving a piece of fur behind. Then I found New Day pest control. Rami was very nice and professional. He put the traps that infect mice and made them escape the house. He checked the traps in a couple of weeks, and managed the problem to the end. Thank you!

Rami, the owner of New Day Pest Control, was extremely knowledgeable about not only how to deal with mice but also knew a tremendous amount about the behavior of mice. Rami didn't set traps, instead he used a modern technique with a substance placed in a "housing". The rodents are attracted to the substance and eat it. The substance, once eaten will kill them in a matter of day.
According to Rami once the rodents start feeling the effects of the substance, they leave the house for the outdoors which is their natural habitat. Not only did Rami solve my rodent problem but he taught me a lot. If you need the best exterminator, call Rami.

I don't usually write reviews, but Rami is amazing! I called with a huge hornet nest on my deck and he was here within a few hours. You can stop looking because this is the man you call. I had been having an on going battle with squirrels in my attic and finally accepted defeat and called a professional. Rami called me back within 5 minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. He answered all of my questions came up with a plan and at this point I am confident my squirrel problem has been solved.
He also inspected the rest of my house for any other potential pest problems and gave me good advice how to keep it pest free. Rami is a very professional and personable man that I truly believe cares about his customers. I could not be happier about what he did for me and for the price he did it for. I hope I never have to call him again but if something does come up I will not hesitate to call. Five stars all the way would give more if I could.

Great prompt service. Reasonable prices. Not going with anyone else for future pest issues. Was able to come out to my home within 20 min of my first call. Also communicated via text for question regarding a bee in our home. Identified bee and ensured us it was harmless to us. We had a big yellow jacket problem and I was afraid this was a queen looking for a spot in our garage to nest. I killed it in panic but New Day still helped to set me at ease. They guaranteed the bee extermination and would have gladly returned if it was one! Awesome company

Rami is amazing at what he does! He is extremely personable and very knowledgeable. I saw one roach in my apartment and freaked out, so I called New Day Pest Control and the next day Rami came out to spray my apartment and patch up a few open spaces near my kitchen and bathroom sink. He came promptly at the scheduled appointment time to spray my apartment, and did a very thorough job. Pricing was very affordable and I will definitely be calling him again for routine treatments.

Rami is a professional! I was able to quickly schedule an appointment and he came on time. He treated both the exterior and interior of the house in different ways to help prevent future invasions of mice. We have had on and off activity at our house (very seasonal). Rami Moslavi came over and set up a series of traps and was very thorough. No problems after that and then the next season rolled around and we notice some new activity. He came over immediately and did what he needed to do for the problem to get resolved and made it a follow up visit to the original. Awesome!

We called Rami on a Saturday afternoon after discovering that we were living with a mouse. He was extremely prompt and came same day. He clearly was very knowledgeable and provided us with some valuable preventive tips.
