Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have had, from start to finish. Ashley in the office got back to me straight away with all the information I needed, and got me booked in asap. Isaac attended my home, which I was not at during, and he called to give me a run down of the service and what all needed to be done - he noticed additional things that I had missed and was able to get them done for me in minutes. I let him know I had a little one, so he made sure to leave traps in places that my little one could NOT reach, and kept my family in mind for the entire treatment. Respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and I was able to pay online in seconds. A wonderful experience all around!

Terry did a great job during the termite inspection and treatment setup. He answered all my questions, wore booties over his work boots in the house and was efficient. Greg came out today only an hour after I inquired about some help with ants. He was SO nice, professional and personable. Most of all, he was thorough. I am so thankful I chose to call a locally owned business to help us out! We will be customers for life.

A friend told me how impressed she was with Farmer's. I called them and the owner, Mr. Farmer, spoke with me and asked questions to determine the treatment that might be best. He made AC appointment promptly and Greg was the professional who showed up, right on time. He was exceptionally courteous and told me the initial steps he would take. At all times, he treated my home and belongings with care as he worked. The total experience was completely positive and the price for the treatment is certainly fair. I hate bugs. I called Farmer's and from start to finish were professional courteous and knowledgeable! Great deal with Isaac as he was super nice and was tuned in to what our specific needs are for our house. I would give them 6 stars if possible.

They are very professional and helpful. They actually want to help you keep the pests away, not just take your money. They have come out at least once between services to do an extra spray for no charge, and have used an additional poison when we commented on an increase in centipede activity. Terry is the best!

Isaac was on time, gave amazing professionalism, and the job he did was outstanding. He explained what he was going to do and also debriefed afterwards. He even asked if I had any questions which I admired. I want him to come to my home and do my services permanently from now on. You couldn't ask for a better technician to come out. Super friendly and professional. We were using another service and they did not perform everything they promised us. Greg was more then thorough and did and excellent job. He by far exceeded the standards that the other company had promised us. Also dealing with Allen Farmer has been a great experience as well. He was quick to respond back to you and very helpful and friendly as well. I could not say enough good things about these guys. I would highly recommend them anytime and not use anyone else.

Greg & Alan need to be added to the superhero list! We were awaken to Mickey Mouse serving us a visit this morning. I googled pest control companies, sent a message at 6am, received a text FROM THE OWNER before opening hours that someone could come out TODAY! Same day service is unheard of!!! Better yet, they arrived before 8am, and Greg (the tech) saved the day within 15 minutes of being here! Within 2 hours our issue was resolved and it was affordable. The level of customer service was unlike any otherso much so that weve left our current pest control and have become customers of Farmers (to provide quarterly pest control). When you spend your hard earned money, you want to interact with amazing humans, excellent service, and affordable prices. Look no furtherFarmers Pest Control cant be beat!

Farmer Pest Control came out to take care of a Bald Faced hornets nest in our bush. He did a great job removing it and treated our bush afterward! We highly recommend this company. They were great at communication, understood the problem we had and came out in a timely manner. Alan spent time with us to explain what he would do and what to expect after treatment. He was patient as we asked questions.

I sent pictures of spiders that we had been seeing. He confirmed each one and gave us a plan to get rid of them. Greg came out first thing the next morning. He put on shoe covers before entering. He gave us an explanation of what he would be doing and made sure to answer all of our questions. He was detailed and very professional. Would recommend Greg to anyone. I felt very comfortable having him in my house! Thankful for the quick response too!

Greg and Terry were very prompt and professional. They showed up early and were very detailed and thorough in explaining the services they would be providing. Both were very friendly and courteous and we enjoyed working with them.

Terry came out and took care of our pest control needs. He was very professional. He took the time to investigate and look for any issues due to termites as we were moving our termite bond to Farmers Pest Control and happy to report that nothing was found. Terry actually opened and inspected each termite base station, that were already installed by previous pest control company, around the perimeter of the house. We are very happy with Farmer's Pest Control and will use them for all future pest control needs.

Greg was very nice and made sure he got every area of the exterior and interior. He also kept me informed on what to expect over the next couple of weeks. If your not satisified after the first treatment, they'll come retreat at no charge. I would definitely recommend this company.

My opinion of this company was nothing but professional and courteous from the beginning. Dealing with setting up my account to the guys coming out to do my service. Down to earth friendly and professional from the top down. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family. Serviceman "Greg" came by the house performed the exterior service while i was in in route to meet him at the house. He waited on me and very kind and professional. He had a great personality and thanked me choosing them as a service provider. We were having a problem with ants in our new home. After several DIY attempts, I contacted Farmers via the online option after business hours. They responded the next morning and had a technician at the house the same afternoon. With one treatment the ants are gone and I have peace of mind knowing they will be caring for our home in the future on a regular basis.

I had noticed a german cockroach in my kitchen and immediately looked online for pest control. I found Farmers and requested an estimate. I received a quick response and a good price. They were able to get someone out within hours. Greg showed up on time and was very professional. He clearly walked me through the process and how best to help rid the bugs. I felt much better after the initial treatment visit and would highly recommend them.

Great company! Alan inspected my house and found signs of termites, but was able to further investigate with very little damage. He took great care in not tearing up my walls. Total professional!

Alan did my home and was always great. He even offers a veteran discount. I also used him at my office. We had a mouse and all woman office didn't want to mess with it so he would come by and check trap until he caught it. No many people will do that without charging every time they came out. He's all about building relationships. I've just moved out of state or he would still be doing my house.

Farmers Pest Control is the best quality pest control company for the cheapest price! I love that they take care of the pests without having to come into the home and spray (for most visits...they have never had to spray the inside of my home and we have centipedes, earwigs, and wolf spiders in my area). Farmers was highly recommended to me when I had an ant problem in the kitchen. Mr. Farmer, the business owner, was available right away, came and treated the ants in the kitchen AND the outside of my home for all pests right away.
