Very happy with their service. Have used them every spring for ant control for the last 3 years. Fantastic customer service and get the job done!

I have worked with this company on a couple occasions. Mary, the customer service rep, is very polite, professional and helped direct me to the proper service that I needed. She sets up a schedule that worked for me! The inspector, David, was sensitive to my situation. Where others may have thought I was overreacting, he was courteous, understanding, and helped me troubleshoot my insect problem. The exterminators were professional and got the job done in only a few hours.

We would like to thank James for the great service he gave us on 4/15/2022 when he inspected and treated our apartment in Norwood for mice. He did a very thorough inspection and treatment in the attic, where we have the biggest problem (under very hot and difficult conditions). His service was excellent! A1 was great! They were able to catch our rodent and did a great job at preventing future entries. We did find they arrive toward the end of the window of arrival, however their customer service was awesome and helped to give a better estimate of arrival. Gabriel was our technician and he was very thorough and helpful. He offered to come back to clean up our anytime upon calling. Would recommend!

First off I want to rave about A 1's professionalism. They came out first to inspect and very diligently found the problem, then sent two technicians out two weeks apart. I would absolutely recommend Daniel. He was wonderful. He came the second time. Unlike Terminex he was very professional, he wore booties which I was very grateful for, I have a 6th month old.

I did not have to point out any problem areas, I just explained the situation since the last technician was there, and he very diligently sealed holes and inspected himself. He was very thorough, professional, and went above and beyond. Very effective!

Obviously doing a review for a pest company isn't you want to do but I needed to do for Jeff and his team. We had a serious yellow jacket problem in our home. So much so that they chewed a hole in our dining room ceiling and I had to kill about 40 of them. We had an issue with the initial service call as the tech was new and didn't have a ladder. However, I cannot tell you how happy I am with the way they solved the problem.

The owner of the company Jeff came out personally and handled the extermination. I own two businesses myself and I believe this is the way business should be handled. When the owner of a company comes out personally on a Saturday to address a problem you know for sure they care about their customers. While it's only been the afternoon we believe the problem is solved and if it is not Jeff said he would be back again! Great customer service guys honestly it's rare to find these days.

I hired A1 for a termite inspection (required for a VA loan). Matt came out promptly and was professional, personable, and shared his [vast] knowledge with me. A1 has a customer for life and I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Service: General pest inspection

After we found carpenter ants (including huge swarmers) pouring out of the top of our mantle, we got our neighbor to check it out. He knows everything and he highly recommended A1 Exterminators and now we see why! When my husband called he was greeted by a wonderful receptionist who was kind, caring and helpful. She put us on the schedule same day with a window of 1pm-4pm.

Our technician Donald arrived promptly a bit before 1pm. My husband was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. My husband told me that Donald patiently answered all of his questions because we had concerns as cat owners and parents of a toddler. We were reassured and very happy with the outcome. We found the cost to be very reasonable and it came with a 6 month warranty, what peace of mind! We highly recommend A1 Exterminators and will always use them going forward. I have experienced nothing but professionalism at all levels with A1 as my extermination provider. From customer service in the office to the technicians that have come to my home, everyone has been wonderful. I would like to specifically note that on the occasions I have called with an emergency, they have responded quickly and with the utmost expertise.

A1 provides courteous and prompt service - from the customer service rep to the in-person contact. My tech was extremely knowledgable about my property and the surrounding neighborhood. He was able to inspect and update the necessary mouse traps and make recommendations for areas on the foundation that needed further sealing. All in all a very positive and helpful learning experience for me.

I had a long scheduled appointment for 8am for interior/exterior carpenter ant treatment. At 9am, one hour after the technician was supposed to arrive, I received a call from "Mike" saying that it was raining, and he wasn't sure when he could get to my place. Maybe by 10. Couldn't guarantee that he would, or that he could be done by 12. I called the home office to complain.

I was transferred three different times to different departments. First "Cape Cod", then "Lynn", then "accounting" and then I was told that the owner was on the phone and I was encouraged to submit a complaint so here I am! The three different people I spoke to on the phone were completely unhelpful and did nothing but say they needed to pass the buck to somebody else.

This company is a typical time waster. They have no respect for the time of the customer, they continually change their story about when the service technician is going to arrive, and then take no responsibility for their actions, which cause the customer many hours of wasted time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I really have no idea how this place stays in business. They get absolutely nothing done. They are such a waste of money.

This place is a effin joke. They call themselves an exterminator while running a business like crap. Our landlord decided to use this service because it has "warranty". Are you serious? We called for bed bugs and after the fumigation, there are still bed bugs. They refuse to talk to tenants, so i couldnt get any information out of them - fine. Landlord requested they talk to me and this is what i get: "your landlord opted for chemical treatment instead of heat treatment.

With a chemical treatment there will always be bed bugs. Only treatment to get rid of bed bugs is heat" WTEFF? Theyre a freaking exterminator service. exterminating is their line of business, not temporarily reducing the number. I attempted to talk to this lady and ask why, and what kind of service that is, and she replies: "you know what, if you know everything you do it." -click. Very unprofessional business. Dont use this place.

I don't know WHY people say this business has good customer service. AWFUL. I schedule service with them from 2-5. They told me the exterminator would arrive before then so the treatment would have time to dry. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND TELL ME MY APPOINTMENT WAS NEVER IN THE SYSTEM. Not only did I take time off of work, rearranged my whole day, etc., but now I still have ants. And the woman on the phone (Wendy I believe) was extremely rude to me. DO NOT USE THEM.
