I had an inquiry about a potential summertime ant infestation problem and I was promptly scheduled for service, and not only did they give me a free bait station but the whole thing ended up being free of charge because it was not an infestation the way I thought it was. This is a great professional company that does right by their customers, for a fair price too. What more can you ask for?

I have had UniTech Exterminating treat our house for termites for the past 5 years. They do a wonderful job and are very professional. I always get a phone call when they're on the way over and the window time frames are not huge. They also do a great job with walking you through everything they're going to do and how they're going to do it and always clean up after themselves. They also walk you through the bid and what it entails and are not overly pushy when setting up appointments. I highly recommend.

Great company! They're out termite specialists- we do our own routine pest control. Anyhow, when we bought two years ago & needed an inspection, our realtor recommended UniTech, who found some termites in the garage. Interesting thing was that we later came across a "clean" pest report from a month earlier, by another company & buyer whose deal hadn't gone though.

In other words- "the other guys" didn't notice termites, but UniTech found them, and we were able to fix before they got very far. The treatment was neat, effective, & reasonably priced. I really like their annual warranty option, which includes a thorough inspection & re-treatment, if needed. As termites in AZ are far more common than most realize, it is a great idea. Their staff is friendly & knowledgable. I wouldn't want to use anyone else!

Major came to my house for an update, and true to form with Uni-Tech, he was professional, on-time, and thorough. I like knowing that someone can show up to my house, and feel comfortable they're doing the job well, even taking extra time to check on areas that have been a problem in the past, but explaining why my fears were unfounded. A company I'm happy to work with, and one I would gladly recommend to my friends.

I purchased a home in March 2018. The house was treated by Unitech due to termite tubes present at inspection. Since I moved into the house I had to have them come back for termite activity in the living room. I now have termite activity in the kitchen. I was told the earliest appointment was one month from when I called. The termite tube has more than doubled in the past two weeks. Called today about trying to move up appointment.

No success. Sad that I have a paid contract but can't get service. More than likely will not renew contract with this company. I received a follow up phone call from the company a couple hours later. Wanted to talk because I was not satisfied with having to wait when there was active termite activity in my house. This person apologized for there being a four week gap for my appointment. Said they are extremely busy after the recent rain. Said would review schedule to see if a quicker response was possible. Long story short my appointment was moved up 10 days. I appreciate the effort to get someone out earlier. Sad you have to get angry to get action these days with vendors.

Kevin is the technician who called before arrival so I knew when he would be here. He spent the time to properly cover every inch of the exterior and interior and spent a few extra minutes explaining EVERYTHING. He helped me understand what we can do to keep the pests outside. He was fast, efficient, courteous, and truly helpful. I STRONGLY recommend UNITECH - especially after they had properly identified the issues where another company failed. No one likes finding out they have termites. Fortunately, at the time I found out, my friend had recently had his house treated and was able to refer me to Roger and company. They were very kind, quick, and super professional. No one wants to have an exterminator, but living in the desert you NEED one. I was in need of a new exterminator and fortunately found Unitech on Yelp. I like the fact that they're located in Central Phoenix. The owner came out to spray my house and showed up on time, I'm a stickler about time. Overall, very pleased with this organization from the lady who set up the appointment to Roger who came out to spray. We look forward to a long relationship with Uni-Tech. I highly recommend!

My home had termites a few years ago. We attempted 3 times to treat them ourselves, unsuccessfully! I interviewed several companies-- some had no clue & others would've done a great job but I was looking at an $1800 bill! Unitech came in & they had the chemical I wanted. Found termite holes in my interior wall that the other guys missed & were so reasonably priced! They came in & treated, no issues since! I send all my friends & family to them & will continue to!
