Good place for your food supply on reptiles, great racks for sure, but $$$$$$.

Just ordered a nice big ars 7030 reptile rack, to Canada. They were absolutely amazing at dealing with my 1000s of questions, and my multiple issues with with American to Canadian invoicing, as well as my inconsistent shipping preferences. Getting one of these here has alot of logistics surrounding it when being shipped, but they were patient and offered all the help I needed.

My rack is currently on its way to me, and I couldn't more more excited to start building it tonight. Highly recommend any reptile / rodent breeder to work with this company!

Quick, friendly staff. Quality and quantity . I go once every 3-5 months and get more than enough for all 3 if my snakes.

I was actually there servicing one of their overhead doors that had a broken spring and from what I could tell, just from my observations, they seemed to have it all on the ball. Friendly staff, clean facility. I'm sure if I would have placed an order it would have been handled properly and swiftly. Giving them that 5th star.

I've been ordering from American Rodent Supply for a few years now and they've always done a great job. Their packaging is excellent and their pricing is very fair. The owner and the rest of the staff are very customer focused and the over all experience is much better than with other suppliers in the space. Thanks guys!

Terrible Customer service, takes hours to respond to phone calls and just plain doesn't respond to facebook messages. Will no longer support their business. Start caring about customer service, hire someone to manage the phones and you will make more money.

Ars Caging/American Rodent Supply is great customer service, fast shipping. Top of the line reptile/snake tub's are very thick and sturdy. Very reasonable on shipping the tubs to me. Response to email within a few hours. Thank you

Was passing by, and the sign caught my eye. I stopped (they were closed) and took a picture of the storefront. I wondered, do they supply rodent traps and poison, or do they supply actual rodents? I looked them up on Yelp. They were already listed, so I uploaded the photo, and checked out their website. They sell FEEDER rodents, to feed to your snakes. They also do reptile shows at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, six times per year. Well, hey, why not? A snake's gotta eat.
