Submitted a request online and received a reply within a hour. Arranged for a tech to come out the same day and take care of our ant problem. Mark was very friendly and professional, got the job done quickly and explained the treatment plan. They offer a 30 day guarantee with a one time treatment which is great since even if they did their job right they could still come back.

Mark was awesome, he listened to what I had to say in terms of areas with infestation and he went to work in 100F weather. Thanks Mark!

We've been happy customers with Source for about a year now. They do a great job keeping the rats and crawlies away (our neighborhood is full of fruit trees), and always respond promptly (generally coming out the following day) if we do see any stragglers. Mark is our usual exterminator and he has been terrific. He is friendly, professional, and thorough, and always happy to discuss in depth the pests we see so that we know what we're dealing with, how concerned to be, and how to avoid attracting them.

We got to chatting today and I complimented him on his hair, which is shoulder length and looks really healthy and nice. He said he's growing it out to donate to Wigs for Kids - what an awesome individual! I have donated to Locks of Love (a similar charity) a couple of times myself, and have a lot of respect for people who do this. A great company with great service and great staff - thank you!

This company only offers a contract, thus you will be committed to what seems forever. So the answer is no, they are not accommodating or flexible. Everybody does not need the same kind of services.

Kiefer came out and did our service, he was extremely professional, we asked to check our attic also sprayed in house, very polite would recommend him to all.

Have had service with Source Pest Control for over a year now. They have been great and responsive when we have had a concern. We had a issue with ants and called them. They were able to have Mark come out and add some ant bait to the area of concern. He also treated the inside and outside of our home.

I called Source Pest Control in the morning and Mark came out the same day. He took the time to explain how the process worked to get rid of spiders and other bugs. Then proceeded to clean all the spider webs outside the home, spray outside and inside. His friendly customer service was a pleasant surprise. Mark followed up after he was done to explain what to expect. I highly recommend this company. You will be completely satisfied with their service.

I've used Source Pest Control for years, I've always had fast, reliable service at a great price. I get my house serviced once a month and I can always call/text if I ever need anything more. I texted needing someone to come out for ants and Mark came out that same day. Mark was very professional and polite. He serviced the area in my kitchen where the ant problem was and even serviced the area outside of my kitchen and seen another ant hole in my yard and took care of that before I even requested it. Kiefer Schwartz came today because I called yesterday that we have ants inside the house. Kiefer sprayed inside, left traps and placed bait where the ant trails were. He was very friendly and helpful! I am very thankful that he was able to come out in such a short notice and was so helpful.

We've used Source Pest Control since we moved into our home, and can't imagine a bug free life without them! Seriously though, all of their employees are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! They even offer service same day when you have some unwanted critters in your home. As a mama, this is very important! This last service, Kiefer serviced our home and did an impeccable job!

Great service and friendly staff. No issues setting up resprays when needed. I usually get a lot of pincher bugs at the onset of summer and this year I was a month out until my next scheduled treatment when they started appearing in my home. I called SPC and they came out ahead of my appointment to make sure I was taken care of. And viola! No pincher bugs this season. Highly recommend!

We just bought a house and we're having some serious issues with earwigs and spiders and I'm so happy we called them!
