I've used this company multiple times for routine treatment. We had an ant problem in our kitchen and they came out to treat it. Initially, we stopped seeing ants, but they eventually came back. Called up Regional Pest Management and they came back to try a different treatment, free of charge. I now use them to spray the outside of my house every spring to prevent insects from getting in. Jeremy is very professional and polite. Arrived on time and was finished in no time at all.

They were great with coming out for the initial bat inspection. Unfortunately, it all went downhill from there. I was told they would be out on 8/22 at 11:00 am, when they didn't show I was told the technician got held up at another job and wouldn't be able to make it and could he come the next day between 7:00-8:00am. At 9:30 on 8/23 technician still not here. Placed another call and told there was a mix-up and he couldn't come out until this afternoon. Needless to say I cancelled. A simple phone call would informing me would have been nice!

They are simply the best pest and rodent control and here's why. Terrace Lanes, my landlord for The Maids useses them in all their buildings on a contract basis. One day I spoke to the technician and got a great education on ant control. Next, I had a rental condo that was above a unit that had thousands and thousands of roaches as well as mice in the walls.
Other pest control companies were hired by the condo association and could not control the problem. I suggested Regional Pest Management which was then hired. Within two weeks all of the roaches and mice were completely gone and remain gone! Next at my house we had wasp below our deck boards and ants in the house. I tried all kinds of over the counter sprays but they kept coming back.
Once again I called Regional and within one day all wasps were gone.and weeks later remain gone! Do youself a favor hire them! There is no hard sell. They will come out one time or on a contract basis. Both are very reasonably priced. All employees, including the salesperson, are experts on insects and rodents including bedbugs. Plus they use minimal chemicals. I mean very little. They know how to target the queen and rid your home or business of pests.

While the inspector missed our original appointment (lost paper work?) they did come out the second time exactly when scheduled. The inspector looked over my garage and home for suspected termite damage and found none (thankfully). I was impressed that he did not try to sell me on services or lie about damages that did not exist to make a sale. While I did not have service performed I was impressed by their honesty so a good rating in my book and I will call them next time I need service.
