I've been with Pest-Ops for so long I lost count how many years. I am a bit of a perfectionist so it's hard to please me with a typical service. I say that to highly complement PestOps and John - all I ever have to do is, open my front door and say "Hi John!" and he takes care of everything thoroughly and completely. He is professional, courteous, and listens attentively if there's ever an issue.

We started using Pest Ops last year and we love them! We had a terrible issue with spiders since we have woods 15 feet outside our back door. After the first treatment we saw an immediate difference. We also used to have a terrible time with centipedes, earwigs, and silverfish inside the house, but we rarely see them anymore even though the only treatment we get is for the outside of the home.pest Ops is also affordable! Lastly our specialist that comes out is personable and always pays attention to the details. Thank you for all you do!

We started using pest ops in July 2020. We moved fr Tucson AZ & bought house in Knoxville sight unseen & wanted inspection & treatment before we moved in. I highly recommend this company, I first spoke with Mark who came to my home to do a free inspection and was super helpful in answering my questions and giving me good insight on my pest problem. He also worked with my schedule and made sure he came at good time for me so I wouldn't have to miss work. Brian came out and treated our home maybe a month ago and we've seen wonderful results, no more pests!

The apartments I live in use their services. We moved in into the apartment in January of this year. And I had never had roaches/waterbugs in years! The first time they came to exterminate I was upset. It's not their fault. The lady name Rosa is so sweet, respectful and very very professional! She really took care of our apartment with helping rid of those unwanted creatures. To the company please please keep her .Because she is the best. Kudos to you Rosa!

I received great customer service today from Matt. He was personable, considerate, and professional. He seemed eager to handle all my pest control concerns, dropped some knowledge about spider control, and checked all areas I requested of him. If I have further issues, I will hope that I receive future customer service from someone as professional and helpful as he was.

If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Mark, Kyle, David and the entire crew of Pest Ops are the best! My family and I have been blessed to have them and they take care of all of our needs. Mosquito spray in the yard so we can enjoy the outside and a huge peace of mind while our toddler runs wild in the house that he wont run into any creepy crawlers. We have a level of trust with this company that we often leave a key to have our home treated while we are working our 8-5's. Highly Recommended!
