Just wanted to post a review do too how much these guys have help me. I moved here 14 years ago and have have them help me with my rentals get rid of water bugs, German Cockroach's and flees. I went to this store for the first time about ten years ago. The owner of this store has extensive knowledge of all things that have to do with bugs, rodents, etc. But! That's not what makes him so special. He has the patience of a saint! He has no problem taking all the time required to educate you on whatever your problem of the day, may be. He is kind, and very willing to help.

If he has a way for you to take care of your problem, that does not entail selling you something, he is eager to tell you about it. I have had cause to visit at least once a year, for a variety of reasons. I have never been dissapointed. The man is a gem! There is usually a dog hanging around, and it's always friendly.
