I really love this company! A little background. I briefly worked at this location many years ago. The reason that I chose to be their customer is because as an insider I saw how well they treated their customers and how they genuinely cared for them. They've always been concerned about doing the right thing and very much customer orientated. The job wasn't for me and that was a separate issue but I've always liked how they have handled their business relations. Very professional.

My mosquito problem is almost eliminated. I'm starting to notice a difference from last year. Monthly spraying is the way to go! Thanks guys!

I've used The Bug Man for close to 10 years or so. They will go out of their way to get rid of your specific bugs. We do the seasonal program but have had specific issues with ants over the years. They won't stop until you are happy. They never hesitate to come back out and re-treat problem areas. Also, recently one of their new guys accidentally backed into our mailbox and snapped it off at the ground.

These things happen, but they took care of it. They put it back as good or better than it was. That really shows me what kind of business and culture the company promotes. They do what they say and stand behind it 100%. I can't say enough good things about these guys.

They always call before they come and they always arrive on time. Anyone that's ever come out has always been very polite and courteous. They always make sure they do the inside and the outside.

I love my Bug Gal! You see it right.my service technician is Brandy and she is the best. She really cares as much as I do about getting rid of these unwelcome guest. She has done everything she can to help us and it has been very effective! I love their services so much that I've signed up for their seasonal package. If you have any pest problem I suggest calling the Bug Guy!

I have had an issue with spiders. They were quick to come out and spray. They were knowledgeable and polite. The price for the services is great!

David and Robert are awesome! So happy with their service and knowledge in helping us control our brown recluse problem. The entire office staff that we have encountered has been wonderful, and down to earth. We are now in a quarterly treatment plan with them, and are very satisfied.

5 Stars! Had so many wasps at my house we were afraid to go outside. Corey came out and fixed the problem. Killed all the spiders in my garage also. And, he was so nice! Bug Man prices are the lowest. They don't rip you off charging ridiculously high prices for spraying just one time. Everyone else I called offered expensive year long contact or I got punished with extortionate one time fee if I wouldn't agree to the year contract. Love The Bug Man!

I've had a wonderful experience with The Bug Man team. The receptionist was kind and helpful. My 4 season pest control technician, Kenny, was friendly and efficient with the initial treatment and termite inspection. Stefan, the termite specialist, was extremely thorough and very knowledgable. The care they take and the pride they have for what they do is quite evident. I 100% recommend The Bug Man!

We love Robert and David. Both have gone out of their way and above and beyond with our pest control of brown recluse spiders. It's so hard to find companies that have employees with good work ethics, and Robert and David do. We are also always impressed with the ladies answering the phones and scheduling our visits, they also go above and beyond!

Jonathan was awesome. This was my first home and first time ever needing pest control. I came into a community run by HOA and I suppose they use someone basic to cover the common areas in the community not really inside. I didn't like the company that came in to spray so I found The bug man near my old neighborhood. I read the reviews and gave them a try.

Totally worth it. Price is fair. The service makes sense. I am so grateful they are in business. If I have to have pest control, I really love using them. Everyone in the company is super nice and they educate you. All around positive. I recommend anyone to use them. Actually they service a bunch of my neighbors too. Thank you.

Arrived on time. Provided a thorough explanation of the process. Our concerns regarding ants were addressed. The employee was professional. We will be using again.

What else to say but excellent. I had them to come out to my house and spray, with in a few days I saw no more bugs. I only did a one time spray the price wasn't bad at all. You'll get a better deal when you do their seasonal deal. Awesome company will recommend them to anybody.

We have used The Bug Man for more than 6 months now. All work done when committed, as expected, and with no issues. We had an armadillo invade our yard and they don't handle anything larger than a mouse but the recommended Complete Animal Control, who is another 5 star service. So let's see customer service, check. Results expected, check. Dependability, check. Satisfied customer, that's a double check.

Purchased a new home and started noticing some ants and spiders. Looked up companies with good reviews and decided to try the Bug Man. Contacted them through their website and within 24 hrs they responded and set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment - their technician showed up on time reviewed our home and recommended their treatment.

We purchased the initial treatment. The next day we received by email a complete explanation of what we received in that service. They are professional, on time and administratively efficient.

I called The Bug Man to take care of a spider problem. I had all kinds of spiders on my porch & deck. They tended to make their way into the house. They didn't bite us but it seemed like everytime I knocked down one web in a corner two more would take its place. It was frustrating. I finally became exasperated enough to get quotes from pest control companies.

The Bug Man answered my inquiry quickly and professionally. Not only that, but their prices were the lowest. I thought maybe they were to good to be true.great customer service, great prices, could their services be great too? I decided to give them a try. Happily, I learned that yes, their services were just as great as their customer service and their prices. The technician came right on time, was professional and the treatment has been effective. We haven't had spiders on the porch, deck or in the house. It's heavenly!

We have worked with The Bug Man for years. We have nothing but great things to say about this company. Their prices are good, service is good, and always worried about doing a good job for their customers. The overall 5 star rating on their company is pretty telling.

WOW! I am very very impressed with The Bug Man's service. I ordered a one time treatment for rodents by phone and Jared came out today to set up some traps. We haven't seen any mice or rats, but there are some mice droppings in the crawl space (on my workbench), so we decided to call out pest control since we are selling this house. I'm being proactive--look at me go--LOL Anyway, after setting up the traps, they also included a "complimentary" treatment for insects, inside and out, which I was surprised to learn.

I was thinking I was just paying for the rodent traps--but I got so much more! Jared was awesome! He was knowledgeable, and very helpful! We will definitely be using The Bug Man at our new home. I may be easily impressed, but I felt like I got a real bargain for the money! Way to Go BUG MAN! Way to represent and earn business!

I found this company here and the other reviews were accurate. I submitted a visit request via their website and they followed up immediately. The serviceman, Eric, was prompt. He was informative and super chill. Most importantly, I saw results the same day! I love great service and I'll recommend this company to anyone that will listen!

I called The Bug Man recently because of a cat flea infestation inside and outside my home. There was a bit of a mixup when I first called to set up my appt. The receptionist failed to get my information other than my address. I assumed we had used The Bug Man before so I didn't think to provide any more info. When I called the day before to confirm my appt, they didn't have me down, but the previous owners and all their contact info.

The lady I spoke to on this day was very helpful answering all my questions and was very friendly. She quickly updated the information correctly. (So I only added this to my review to let future customers know to make sure and give all necessary info upfront when making an appt.) I was unable to get an appt as quickly as I hoped, but it was the same week. (I was pregnant being bitten by fleas along with my 3 children so immediate relief was in hopes, but totally understandable I am not the only customer.) The man that came to do the flea treatment was on time and friendly.

He came back another day to treat the outside due to rain. When I returned home I noticed immediate relief from the pesky fleas. No bites already that first night and it has been about a month now and still no more bites! I hated spending extra money to rid our house of this problem but it was worth every penny. We now have a newborn at the house so I am pleased to have had the problem taken care of before she arrived. Thank you Bug Man for taking care of our problem efficiently and having such friendly customer service.

If you guys want a funny, prompt, and caring exterminator please use this company and ask for Cory. He comes to my home and is patient explains things and isn't all about making money. It is because of his excellent customer service that I have signed up for quarterly service. I have to also say the Company as a whole is amazing! I had squirrels in attic and they were not able to help but hooked me up with a great Company. Use use use them!
