T2 Pest Services

I'm am extremely happy with my services with T2 Pest Control and highly recommend them. Like others in the past I had a bad taste in my mouth for worst control companies but I knew I needed a service. What I liked the most is that they do not hold you to a yearly contract agreement. Everything is based on the service that is provided at the time of the service!

They are super responsive when I text, email, or call and they have no problem coming out if services need to be done twice. They really stand by their work. Their techs are very friendly and professional and I am very happy about that. Their pricing is good but their service is even better! Overall I have been working with Chad and he is a very stand up guy and really puts his customers first. I expect to be a customer for a long time because I don't feel sold and I feel like they care my home.

Horrible infestation of springtails in my bathtub (literally a hundred every day) and Spencer from T2 came back THREE times until they were gone at no extra charge. In total it was only $42 to completely eradicate the bug problem, and all 5 other companies I looked up wanted over $200 and they had at least a year long contract. No contract with T2! Can't do better than this small honest company. 11/10

When I first moved into this house there were roaches and tics found frequently. Since using T2 we haven't had any issues. We always have the same rep come to our home so he's familiar with us and our situation. Everyone I've spoken to here has been professional and polite.

T2 Pest Services was recommended to me by a coworker and they did not disappoint. I had a large beehive in my lemon tree that I needed removed and a technician was able to come out the very next morning to take care of it. He was polite and answered all my bee questions. He sprayed and removed the hive all in about 30 minutes, and all for about a third of what other pest control companies quoted me. He also told me that if the bees come back, they'd come out and take care of it no charge. Definitely top-notch service.

We bought a house that was vacant for more than a year. It had some evidence of a roof rat problem. We had a few weeks after we closed until we moved in, so we started pest control immediately. T2 caught or trapped all of the rats within a month or so. We kept T3 for monthly service and haven't seen any signs of rats since. We also use them for regular spraying for bugs. It's pretty affordable - especially in an open desert setting.

I have had mediocre pest service in the past and have gone years without. I called T2 on a personal recommendation from another pest control service that does not do my area but whom I trust. The initial phone consultation went very well and I was very optimistic. Terrell called to say he could come early and if that was alright. I had a tick problem and scheduled every two weeks and then three and now we are doing maintenance.

Every time T2 is prompt and on time. He knows my schedule and is very respectful of that. I feel like he really cares about my family and pets and keeping us safe. I would highly recommend T2.

We've been using T2 for about 21/2 years now. They started out great but the service has been lousy lately. They are good about rescheduling but then they don't show up. I occasionally get a call from the tech asking if he can come earlier or later but I can't always check my phone right away and so I assume (incorrectly) that the tech will be at my house at the original time and then he doesn't show. Incredibly irritating!
