Used this company for a couple of years and found out they were not even spraying our walls. I went out and killed 8 scorpion hunting the first night and 7 the following night. Even after calling them to respray another 3 were killed. Didn't realize the original owner sold the company and level of service has gone down hill since. Looking for another company!

I grew up next door to the original owners of this company. They sold their company within the last year to "Responsible Peat Control." I went back to use them because I was thinking we would be an established customer with them. BOY was I 100% wrong! When scheduling for them to come out for extermination services the woman and the phone told me it would be $30 for an initial inspection service (all the while I had kids screaming at me while on the phone call) and I was so excited because $30 was a great deal so I agreed for them to come out!
Come to service day our technician arrived later than he said he would be there. And was maybe outside spraying for 15 minutes. I got charged $375! For a one time pest fee! $375! I tried to call and reason with their customer service saying I'd NEVER pay that amount and it was a huge misunderstanding. They were not helpful, wouldn't offer a payment plan, wouldn't discount the amount. All I can say is that I am so disappointed. And I will never use them again. Horrible customer service for a misunderstanding. Truly awesome. BEWARE

I've used Responsible pest control for 3 years now. My initial reason was for scorpion control and since starting this service I have not had any more scorpions. They keep the bug issue under control which is the food source for scorpions. They are always on time and reliable. Cost are reasonable. I recommend them for your pest control needs

Bryant Pest Control used to be very good. Recently they were purchased by Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control. At the beginning of the merger, I asked if pricing would be changing and they said no. When the merger completed, they immediately sent out a notification that the services would be doubling in cost. I would not recommend them any further due to the change in ownership.

Very unsatisfied with this company. They changed the day of service without notification and the person spraying walked into my backyard without my knowledge and was spraying poison while my dog followed him. Scared the hell out of my kids while we were getting ready. The customer service is terrible. They don't hold up their promise to coming out for a spray if you find a scorpion in your house. They also try to avoid doing more treatment (eg granules, interior spray) as a business model.

Loyal customer for over 10 years with Bryant Pest Control. When I called on 3/18 to restart services (no contract), I was informed about the merge with Responsible Pest Control. Was told I would have to pay $220.00 to restrart my services with Responsible, in addition to a very high bi-monthly rate, or quarterly rate. I asked for "customer loyalty" consideration, I spoke to Jessica (sounded like she could care less), I was told the new manager, Emmanual would call back, and of course, as expected, I never received a call. So, he also could care less. Money hungry business, that's all. Don't hire them. Try elsewhere or get a bottle Spectracide and do yourself!

We have used Bryant for several years with no issues. They call the day before so we can make sure our dog is secured in the house. They showed up on Tuesday with no call. My dog was barking at the rear door and when our son opened the door to see what was the issue the tech was by the back door. My son had his hand in front of our dog and he never went out of the house but the tech sprayed him in the face several times with poison.
The tech then ran to the front yard, got in his truck and drove away. I called to speak to someone and was told a manager would call me back. I received an email from an Emanuel saying he would call after 2:30pm. No call and when I followed up on Wednesday there was once again no follow up.

Best pest control company! We have been using Bryant at the recommendation of a family member since we moved to AZ 3 years ago. The only tech we will use is Craig because he is so great at what he does! The one time I have seen any pest after our monthly appointment, I gave them a call and Craig came back out the next day to double down on the treatment. The monthly fee is very reasonable and definitely worth it for peace of mind to be free of all of the Arizona creepy crawlers!

We had Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control for nearly a year to control a scorpion problem. The good is they initially got rid of our scorpions. However, with the most recent rains the crickets have returned as well as the scorpions. Now the bad: overtime we have noticed the tech is only at the house no more than 10-15 minutes for $49 a month service.
We were informed Responsible would do periodic granule treatment as well as treating our block wall. Please note, this only happened on their first treatment. Three months ago Responsible changed their billing system and we have had difficulties accessing. I have reported to their customer service for the past three months and each time they needed to send me a new link to access my billing portal.
I was promised a manager would call me, which never happened. The last straw was when they cancelled my service today due to a tech illness all while knowing I had reported scorpions in my home earlier in the week. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Responsible Pest Control because of the following: 1)Increased Scorpions 2)Diminish Service 3) A Broken Online Billing System 4)Management Never Returned my call

Have been a customer with Bryant for over 2 years. Due to Covid did not have any service inside or outside my house. Called today to restart services and they wanted to charge the initial service fee. I declined and asked for a refund of the credit on my account. Customer service sucks and loyalty does not matter

We have scheduled treatment monthly and haven't seen a single scorpion since we started. Craig is extremely professional and always gives us a heads up when he's on the way. Yes your eyes are not deceiving you, this is a 5 STAR COMPANY. There is a reason for this; their product is magic. We have had them for exactly 1 year in an area notorious for scorpions. We had scorpions when we first moved in, both our neighbors have them, but 1 year in with their service and I have yet to see a single bug in our house, including scorpions!
When I walk out back I see curled up dead roaches (yes it even kills those stubborn guys) and other little bugs that tried their hardest to make it in to the house, but the barrier they use is too good. They come out every month and the price is the best in the business. Their techs always leave detailed information on the services they performed and are always extremely helpful and nice. We have used Bryant for a long time & have been very pleased! Without their service I'm confident that we would see a lot of unwelcome critters as we live on a golf course & upon moving in a few years ago had a lot of scorpions. Craig came today.he is very thorough, on time, & courteous! I appreciate that he remembered us, it's so nice to see familiar, reliable faces.

I had a really bad problem with scorpions. It came to the point where I saw at least one every month inside my house, though i had had pest control service for years. Responsible sent someone who came out several times to consult with us, give us tips, and begin our service. They were very professional and friendly. I saw a few more scorpions in the next few months, but mostly dead.
I was happy. It's been almost a year and my scorpion problem has been resolved. When I text them (how handy!) they always respond promptly. And their fees are comparable and reasonable. I couldn't be happier.

Great service and even better customer service. They text you to remind you of your upcoming service the week of or before. If I ever need to reschedule for any reason they're great with finding the next available day. Bryan also makes sure to let us know when he is on his way which is great so we can make sure our dogs are in the house for him when he gets there!

I've used Responsible Pest Control for 2 1/2 years and they have been amazing! Their customer service is friendly and helpful. Their technicians are kind and always helpful. I had them come the first day we moved into a new built house and ever since we rarely ever see any pests and have never seen a scorpion even though we live near the mountains. I highly recommend Responsible Pest Control.

I have been a loyal customer for two years. We have a large piece of property and pest control is extremely important. I've always found this service to be the best I've experienced in the valley! But what makes the company truly exceptional is their customer service department. I had a small billing issue with the accounting dept that was resolved immediately!

Apparently the previous employee had not left notes in regard to my requested dates of service resulting in excess billing. It was absolutely effortless on my part to have it resolved! Thank you! We have been using Responsible Pest Control since 2012. We have had excellent response and inside/outside treatments. The couple times, in the beginning, when I found "visitors" in the house, they were quick to come back out. Joseph is excellent and very knowledgeable. He always asks if we have any concerns or issues prior to starting. They also were instrumental in addressing the time we had some mice outside. Highly recommend Responsible for your pest control.

The company was excellent in all aspects and because of that good first experience, I contracted with them for monthly pest control. True to the company name they are very "responsible". they confirm every appointment and each technician is courteous and knowledgeable.
Their products are safe and effective too. Since using Responsible Pest Control our home has been nearly pest free. If we do ever have an issue (and that is extremely rare, due to the unique way the chemicals are overlapped in a zone pattern around the home), a tech is usually available to handle the issue for us that day. One more thing. and I believe it speaks volumes for the company itself; Responsible Pest Control is not a huge company, but it is not a one man shop either.
The company has several different trucks/routes. That said, we have had the same technician come out and service our home every month, for the past few years. Think about that for a minute. Five Stars!

Gabby displays impeccable customer service, always friendly and helpful, plus her monthly reminders help keep me on track. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate me when I've needed to switch up the schedule or needed an additional service.
After living here for over a year we haven't seen more than 4 scorpions inside our home. 2 were from prior to utilizing their services and the other 2 were already dying. My monthly service technician Daniel is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of all pests. He has given me pointers on covering up vents and using gorilla tape and netting to keep scorpions from falling through (even gave me some of his own to use in the meantime) to ensure those pests were staying out.
He has reserviced my inside anytime I've asked as a courtesy when I've been paranoid. Daniel has always been very personable and always asks how my kids are doing. When he first started servicing my home my kids were 2 and 3 months, he's been able to seem them grow into 3 and 13 months, it's like he's a part of the family. Not only do they care about making their customers happy and providing an unmatched service, but they take their time to build a rapport with you. Remember, consistency is key with these pests!
