My recent experience is a guy from all pro came over and he was leaving telling it was all checked and I had to bring him back to show 2 termites station out of the floor. He put one by making and small hole i the floor and jumping on top of it, I heard some cracks. Not good! He made little mess. There is another station that he want to install in front of my basement door, not good and I recommend him to measure again to find a better spot and he mentioned, he had other work to do and he left the station in the place and asked me to call the office! This was my worst experience with all pro!

We do not and have never had service with AllPro. We purchased a house where the previous owner used them. We have called, emailed & spoken to one of their technicians in person to tell them we do not need or want their service at least a hand full of times. Yet, they still send a technician and still mail us bills for a service we do not want!

Matt Kaiser was so prompt and professional! He did not bat an eye at the long, hard, and dirty inspection he had to complete. When it came to presenting the cost to me, I can say, I have never seen such confident composure from a man. Of course, I instantly agreed to get started. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Stacy, customer service representative, always provides outstanding service. She is extremely helpful and throughly explains the services I receive. The technicians are friendly and arrive on time.

We appreciate All-Pro doing their best to accomodate our work hours and almost always being on time! The office staff is very helpful and responsive with scheduling extra appointments, and we know we can rely on All-Pro to help us with all of our pest problems!

Technician comes to perform quarterly inspection without prior notification and sometimes I am not home and tech does not perform a thorough inspection. Therefore, not sure if the report is accurate. Homeowner needs to be advised/notified when to expect the technician. Services: Termites, Termite inspection

I've used all pro for our termite treatment and bait stations for going on three years. We purchased out home new and All pro was already installed at closing. I've gladly paid our yearly cost to keep the termite service in force, but most recently have had a difficult time taking their calls to pay this years invoice. Received a call today stating they have canceled my service and are coming to my property to remove the bait stations, that they own.

I attempted to pay my amount due for the year but they denied and stated it would require they come back out and re-inspect which is a $385 cost plus $275 per year. I was originally paying $210 per year. An extremely poor experience and very disappointing that they were unwilling to extend the amount I have been paying yearly. Instead they want to charge me a large sum to revisit the property and increase my yearly bill by 35%.

They also have threatened to charge me $25 for each bait station on my property if I do not allow them to come get them. These were installed and on my property at closing 3 ears ago. Any new homeowner would assume ownership. All around shocking approach by All Pro and something that me and my family/neighbor's as a consumer will not tolerate. Do better All Pro, there are tons of options in Marietta for homeowners to choose from!

I've used this company for many years; they do good work. Additionally, Thatcher has been my tech for several visits; he's pleasant, professional, and very helpful in answering my questions -- he's a credit to the organization. They're not the cheapest but, on balance, they're worth it.

All Pro is always on time with their inspections. And they always send out a reminder notice for payment which is a nice friendly reminder I might add. Haven't had any problems with them thus far. Service: Termite inspection

We have used All Pro for 12+ years. We are selling our home now and moving out of state, but not before giving a long overdue shout out to the team of AllPro staff who have always treated us like we were more than just another address to check off a list. We really can't say enough good things about the customer service we have received from beginning to end, which is becoming more rare these days in an increasingly competitive world.

Our "friends" Stacey, Beth, and last but NOT least, Grastarris have always given us first class service. They have listened to our questions and spent time to address our concerns. We are sure they will work hard to serve you too.

After 30 yrs with them, we are moving. the last few years they did not even come out to inspect saying they only inspected if we felt there was an issue.(?) We are moving on Oct 22 and our contract expires 11-30. First they wanted $100 for a free and clear closing letter which other companies provide for free. Then, since we were moving within 90 days of the expiration date of the contract, they were insisting we renew for another year. Crazy.

We would be buying a coverage on a house we would not own for the entire duration of the contract! There response was "No contract renewal, No Free and Clear Termite letter." Shameful.

I was referred to All Pest Pro in February 2021. It was the best referral I was ever given. I use them for termite inspection/maintenance and pest control. Stacy has helped me with all of my clients properties. She is absolutely phenomenal. Not only was she patient with all my unique needs but she gave me the best prices. The peace of mind they give me is priceless. They do an amazing job and I highly recommend using their service.
