We love our guy that comes to our house! but since the company was sold. we are not getting notice on when he comes out or emails on reciepts! The guy I spoke to this morning well I guess I just a number to him cause he did not understand when I say the system is not working! All he wanted to say that the computer says we left you a voice mail! Well to that person when everyone cancels their service I hope it reflects on him! Again we are not geting notified! Leslie Hecht

Agree with the "Horrible, Awful" comment. We spent thousands of dollars like several others reviewing here on Bug-Off Exterminators trying to rid squirrels in our attic, and the bottom line is that they cant get the job done. Don't waste your money on them, like we did.

I would never use nor recommend Bug Off again. When their guy would come out monthly, he never did the full job. I have caught him in lies, saying he did something when he didn't because my cameras proved him wrong. When I spoke with someone at the main office about my dissatisfaction with his work, the lady act like she could have cared less and his work never improved. That's not a business I want to continue giving my money to.

Did not receive the service I requested, I wanted preventive treatment for mosquitoes, and fleas because I have indoor rescue pets that I want to keep safe from mosquitoes, fleas and mites getting in. the service guy, who's no longer with the company, did not complete service areas I requested. The only thing I hate is procrastinating about letting them know sooner, now they're wanting me to pay - they really don't care.

Will NEVER request their service again. UPDATE: The service was for PREVENTIVE measures. My rescues did NOT have fleas. Again, did not receive complete service. [Your response is what they call, gaslighting].

I initially called Bug Off for a Grey Squirrel problem. Alex was great at responding and gave us a fair quote. The work was done on time. The problem is after the work was done the flashing that is suppose to be on the roof to keep the critters out is not staying in place and I called over a month ago and left a message for someone to come put it back in place and no response.

Today a large piece is on the ground so I've called again and no one is answering the phone so after the work is done there is no follow up or returning your phone calls. Both calls were during the day and during work hours. I'll do it myself but I let a friend borrow my ladder so it might be a while. I thought that's why I paid them $1700.

I love Bug-Off, the whole company consists of friendly and knowledgeable people who offer a great value, and fantastic services. The mosquito treatments are incredible and make my backyard into a Paradise. The yearly pest checks they do to make sure no squirrels or critters get in are excellent, when I bought my house there were signs of flying squirrels in the attack and other pests, they got rid of the bad insulation, installed mesh at the points that needed it and repaired any damage. Their price for the service was significantly less than the 3 other places quoted, and the yearly reinspection fees are less also. Thanks again!

David Vaughn has been our Bugg-off guy for many years. Sometimes you just have to say how amazing a true professional REALLY IS! He has always gone ABOVE and BEYOND. He is the whole reason we have stayed with this company for so many years. I can't say enough about how great it is to have confidence in a person you know is ALWAYS on time, LISTENS to concerns, and just takes his job SERIOUSLY. Thank you to this guy for being GREAT at his job, and not to mention just being a super nice guy!

I did business with this company and found that they overlooked large holes and points of entry at my homes foundation line. I had gone back and forth with them during the year I worked with them. It cost me 2300 to hire a company that specializes in rodents to get my home sealed all over not just at the gutter line. This is on top of the 1100 I paid Bug Off. I wasted time and money. If you are reaching out for rodents don't waste your money. Attaching photos of my home AFTER their work. You judge for yourself.

Super nice people, but the treatments don't get rid of the bugs for long. We frequently have to request spot treatments for ants and roaches.

I have been a Bug-Off Customer since the early 2000's and they have been an excellent Bug Exterminator as well as excellent Termite Service over the years. However, I would be careful on using them for Wildlife. They will certainly take your 1 year contract money as in my case. But they could not prevent the mouse infiltration issue I was having over the course of the year and did not allow me to renew my contract at the $140.00 rate.

There were a couple of very competent individuals in that department whose names were Colton and Robert but unfortunately they haven't been cloned. I experienced the pain of that department's internal turnover but outside of Colton and Robert most of the previous folks were not able to come close to addressing my issue. I totally hold their Wild Life manager accountable who basically stated they are losing money on me. But I bet I can sign another 1 year agreement with them at the higher price. A great way to treat a 16 year customer!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company shouldn't even be entitled to the star rating scale. (Let's come up with a new rating system for crappy businesses and instead of stars, we use piles of.) Last year towards the end of the season (2020) one of the young techs accidentally backed his truck over our landscaping. I called the company to ask if they would fix it.

The manager, Brian Walker immediately denied culpability saying that they don't damage property. Fair enough claim, maybe they hire perfect superhumans who never-ever make mistakes--oh wait that is a Netflix series. I told him I could take a picture, he provided his email. I sent the picture of 3-4 inch deep tire marks and the smashed plants.

I thought, he then had undeniable proof, but he adamantly said it wasn't his tech. I told him I have video. I sent him the video. Begrudgingly his company took responsibility and I wanted them to fix their mistake, Brian first said give it a week, and it should grow back. In a week, the plants looked even worse. (Stick to killing bugs or start a business where you are good at killing flora; you are no Green-Thumb!) I called back he said they could offer 1 free treatment ($45 value).

I said no. (I have 1 month of no mosquitos, but every time I go up and down my driveway, with never once running over my plants, I might add; I will see the tire marks and dead plants). That was unacceptable. Eventually they sent out a friendly tech and Mr. Walker was supposed to come out as well, but "something came up, " (something more important than an apology?) Upon rectifying the damaged plants, I was then informed by Mr. Walker that I was no longer welcome as a customer.

So I wrote a similar review as above. No later than 4 days later I get a phone call from the assistant for the owner of Bug-off, Don Edwards, and he wanted to speak with me. I spoke with Don and he seemed to side with me and verbally agreed that Mr. Walker was in the wrong for terminating our business relationship. Don said he would take me back the next season (2021), that is if I removed the negative review.

And so I did. He gave me his word. I understand its hard for small business owners to attract customers and for a customer service manager to take steps to reduce the customer base out of spite, is pure ignorance. Fast forward to Spring 2021. I thought I would give Bug-Off another chance, save me the time from shopping around for a commoditized service, and Don seemed like a nice guy last year, we parted amicably.

I called the number above to initiate service, and something was odd. Instead of the customer service rep saying when they'd be out, she said her system was down and could not get me a quote (?), and she would have to check with her manager on pricing. (Since when do you need a manager to give a price quote for spraying mosquito mist? Why would I be getting a "new" quote anyways?) I brushed off the response, but don't patronize me, its customers like me that help pay your salary. So, I get a call back from Bug-Off, and I missed the call.

I check my messages and the customer service rep told me they are refusing me service for Mosquito treatment. I wasn't surprised. Clearly, I wasn't a great client, after all I paid on time and I complained 1 time about his employee killing my plants and asked them to fix it. They are out less than $100. Don Edwards can't be spending an additional $80 on customers, every time his employees screw up, or else he'd be out of business.

Being in business for 17 years, he probably knows a few things about running a "great" company, and that is to do what is in the best interest of himself. (Ironically, any other successful business from retail to tech unicorns ALL put the customers first). What is surprising, is that Don reneged on his word. As a small business owner, he doesn't have the marketing budget to compete with household names like Terminix or Orkin (which has competitive prices) or Massey, which advertises on the Radio, or Northwest or Arrow that have billboards all around town.

All Don has is his word and "great" service - and he has failed miserably on both. Customers be ware. I can't imagine this is an isolated incident, so don't say I didn't warn you that: if Bug-Off screws up and ticks you off, you will have a similar fate and be mistreated-its their company culture. Alternatively, try bundling your pest control services to include mosquito treatment, you will get a discount.

If you are in the market for just Mosquito misting or abatement, I will save you the Googling: Mosquito Joe, Mosquito Squad, MosquitoNix. I trust you will make the right choice and take your business elsewhere.

My experience with Bug Off was beyond excellence. From the initial meet to the completion of the project. Alex, Trey and Josiah's customer service was unmatched by any service professional i had encountered in many many years. The work they preformed was meticulously done, they cleaned up after blowing the insulation, even replaced the light bulb in the attic for me. Thank you guys you are much appreciated. I would most definitely recommend you.

I recently had a water leak in my crawl space and was told I needed a termite inspection & treatment at my home. Since I have been using Bug-Off for pest control for several years, I called them for the inspection and estimate. Alex came out the next day and did a thorough inspection, answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable estimate. Even though i had other repairs going on, they were able to work according to my schedule.

I was impressed with their professional quality of work in a timely manner and the effort made to meet my needs. I would highly recommend this business; they strive for customer satisfaction.

These guys are great! Alex came out and assessed my situation and was able to fit me into his schedule pretty quickly. Alex and Tim did a great job and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. I also receive monthly mosquito service with them and their prices are unmatched!

We had some bats take residence in our gables and needed a fix. This is the first company who didn't try to gouge us from the get go. This company came the day we called to give us a free estimate. Jim was thoughtful and informative. The day of rescreening, cleaning and disinfecting, Alex and Phillipe were on time, respectful, and worked diligently. Would highly recommend!

I contacted Bug Off for critter removal in my attic. Alex came out to my house at the appointed time, did a thorough inspection of my attic and determined the corrective measures that needed to be taken to remove the critters and ensure they stay gone. The crew arrived at the appointed time and did the varmint removal and remediation. I also had them replace some of the batting and install additional installation in the attic. They did a great job at a reasonable price, and I strongly recommend them. Ed K

We've been a Bug-Off client for nearly 4 years and have seen an incredible difference in the mosquito and bug population around our golf course home. Since our yard backs up to the golf course woods, it's tough to control the mosquito population without Bug-Off's service. Tim has been our Bug-Off technician since we hired Bug-Off. Tim is not only professional, on-time, courteous and effective at what he does, he's also a great guy to chat with and bend your ear. Tim has nearly become "part of the family". I called this exterminator when I heard scratching in the ceiling. They were quick to respond and send their salesman out to my home to create additional fear about infestation. While they were quick to "seal" my home from pests (to get their $1300 payment), I had to call and schedule each follow up appointment that was supposed to be part of the package I paid for.

I could tell they had no intention of fulfilling the entire service unless I called. They still have not finished the work of cleaning the attic, even after their salesman created fear of bronchial issues with what he found up there. Overall, the service men were friendly but I feel a bit taken advantage of. I paid good money and the work was never completed.

We have used Bug Off for over8 years and we highly recommend them for your home and your business. We use them for both. Tim, our technician is a friend now and we would trust him totally in both places. They have kept our house in the woods free of all the creatures that live outside. We started using them in our previous home for an ant problem that another company could not stop. Bug Off figured it out in one trip! We will only use them.

Tyler the tech was extremely acrobatic and skillful at climbing through my walls and attic making sure all my roaches were obliterated. I usually don't write reviews, especially about bugs, but this was some true talent. It was like Ghost Busters but for German roaches that re populate as if there's no end. Bug off is polite, persistent and the pricing is fair. In fact, I even tipped Tyler generously after the final visit - no more bugs!
